The location. The receptionists were very kind.
Parking in the hotel is very expensive. The service during breakfast was terrible. Too crowded and few waiters who did their best. The food itself must improved. Almost no vegetables. The rooms are quite old. They dont clean the room everyday.

The two bedroom suite is the way to go if traveling with family. Better than an Airbnb!
Parking garage gets crowded fast and some take up multiple parking spots making it harder to park.

This hotel had large hotel rooms and suites included a large kitchen and balcony. The hotel provided a complementary warm breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind.
The hotel is a bit far from the downtown to walk but doable.
Our suite room did not smell fresh or clean. The carpets needed cleaning and kitchen was a bit oily. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Excellent position over South Lake Union. Complimentary decent breakfast, welcoming staff.
Not at the Marriott bar. Over a stay of 8 nights, my room has been “refreshed” just once and never really cleaned.
Poor and dated kitchen equipment
Horrible of quality of the sofa bed where my kids slept.
All the above for 400$ a night…will never go there again.

Just what we needed for 6 in our party for a one night stay before we boarded our cruise. We arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday to a comfy room for our party. It is dated, but plenty of space to get the rest we needed after a day of travel.
There weren't too many dinner spots open around the area that late. We walked about 15 mins out to find a place to eat. The complimentary breakfast options at the hotel were good. There was a hot buffet of sausage, egg, and potatoes. Make your own waffle. And the traditional continental breakfast offers.
Caught a $24 Uber XL for our party of 6 to Pier 66.
We did have a snag with our room as the door would not open with the keycard when we first arrived. Turns out we needed to turn the door knob upwards and not down. However, not a major issue.

The lake and view of the hills.
The elevators take long and the left one made a popping sound.

Location
The room was noisy with HVAC sounds and loud, rude neighbors, and breakfast was average (condiments out of stock)

The pool and activity room was great, crowded but still had lots of fun. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options and seating areas. Beautiful view of city and lake.
The bar closed at 9:30 and snacks and drinks were so over priced. Lots of young screaming and crying kids at the pool without any supervision or parents in sight, throwing random objects into the pool

We arrived at our original hotel and was disappointed within minutes this hotel has us booked and we arrived within moments. Our room was clean, the view was beautiful, we felt safe with our young children and the staff were always accommodating and also there were people present cleaning at all times. This will be the place we stay every time we visit!
No smoking area

Let's start with how friendly and professional the staff were. We LOVED our room as well. My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old, and it gave him enough room to run around. Since our room had a living room, kitchen, and balcony. They have a small children's playroom that is open for kids from 5 am to 11 pm, and that was super helpful! We took advantage of the pool as well, and my husband son loved that. The breakfast was very yummy. Safe parking on property as well. Also, our TV remote wasn't working, and when we called and asked for batteries, they came up right away and just gave us a whole new remote control.
I wish the comforter was a little bigger for the king bed, and I wish they had a couple more things for toddlers in the kids' room.

It was okay.
I had reserved a suite for a balcony/Lake View for New Year’s Eve, with two bedrooms and three beds. But when I went to the room, I had a suite with two bedrooms, two beds, and no balcony/view. I went back to tell them that I was given the wrong suite. The staff said to me that the third party (Booking) that they have a contract with was giving wrong information on their site and that I had not reserved a balcony with Lake View. I had to go to my confirmation that Marriot had already received, to show them what I had reserved on my end.
I was very upset that I was unable to received what I had reserved. The staff moved me to a two bedroom suite with three beds and with balcony but no lake view. According to the Marriott it was MY FAULT for reserving at Booking.com (the third party that Marriott has contracted), and didn’t get the Lake View Balcony that I had reserved originally!!! I will never stay at this hotel again!

breakfast was great.

Staff was very friendly.
Restaurant food options need to be better.

I loved that they had a pool and breakfast. I also loved how they upgraded me without an extra charge. Idk why but it was nice.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking etc and big enough. Spacious rooms and both had lake view. Comfortable. We used the Streetcar to go downtown and back.

Great Staff very friendly and really nice breakfast and cooking facilities.
Could get towels after a few days stay rather than having to go down and get them but not a bad complaint at all.

Breakfast every day but Thanksgiving was good
When I called to ask for additional blanket and pillow at 10:30 pm, after the number for housekeeping was busy, the desk person told me "You should come down to the desk to get it yourself." I asked if this was a self service hotel? So shocked at the lack of awareness of customer service. Was I supposed to leave my sleeping baby alone in the room to get the blanket? What am I paying for, if not customer service and some kindness from the staff??

Location, customer service, food, comfort.
1.5 / 5.0
The reception was great and the entrance did not disappoint, but entering into the elevator and hallways you could tell the hotel was starting to show its age. The rooms were further more a disappointment and the screen doors fell off, the lock was faulty and the couch very worn along with the pull out mattress which was not even made. It was a gross mattress.
Mentioned above, but overall cleanliness, aged mattresses, mold on the deck everywhere, broken doors and locks.

The lobby and pool.
The breakfast was subpar.
1.0 / 5.0
The rooms were spacious, and we had a good time during breakfast. The location was perfect for Climate Plage Arena—lots of nearby restaurants.
I had a terrible experience during check-in. The front desk agent named Lynn was very argumentative with me and the previous guest. She gave us two different prices, which was confusing. Unfortunately, the manager, Ben, was not helpful in resolving the issue.

Clean room, friendly staff
Mattress in fold out bed was past its best.
Breakfast was rather average too.
4.0 / 5.0
Breakfast was above average
Parking was expensive. Room was advertised as having a lake view, but I was assigned a room on the back side of the building.
