Amplio hotel en el centro de Salt Lake City

Muy lindo hotel, bien ubicado en Salt Lake City, céntrico, pero no en el medio del caos. La habitación super amplia, contaba con Living y cocina. El desayuno muy variado. Como critica diría que es muy corto el horario, o muy temprano para los que estamos de vacaciones y no trabajando... solo disponible de 6 a 9 hs. El lugar pequeño cuando hay mucha gente en el mismo horario..

Great hotel for our needs

My room was nice and spacious. Great accommodations. The pool was nice. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was near what we needed to attend and the parking area was well lit.

Great to have the possibility to have 3 adults and 1 child in the same room

The pool was very cold and partially closed. Room was dirty (drinks under the bed, hair on the bed, floss under the couch) and the staff at the reception didn’t care about it.

Pleasant Staff, Yummy Breakfast, Wear Water Shoes

Our entire party were able to find something to enjoy with the included breakfast. All the staff (at the front desk, the cleaning crew, the maintenance staff, and the kitchen staff) were happy to help immediately with solutions to each question and concern.The included pool and hot tub were constantly available and clean. The little kitchen area was much larger than other hotels and conveniently located in a separate area from the sleeping and bathroom facilities which we really appreciated. We are excited to bring food to grill the next time we come since the grill was also available and clean. The bed that folds out of the sleeper couch was very comfortable and staff was happy to make sure we had additional bedding to easily use for the additional sleeping area.

There were sharp areas in the bottom of the pool that left our feet badly scratched up after our stay. The shared area where we sat for breakfast could use some additional seating because while there were areas where one or two could sit at breakfast, we experienced times when it was difficult to find a seat for our party.

Great living space

We particularly liked the layout of the room. We stayed 5 nights so we spent a lot of time in our room too, and having a semi-separate living area was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good.

I was only disappointed that it seems the waffles were only for weekends. During the week it was replaced with oatmeal, that wasn't kept very hot.

happy with everything except the shades in the room. Room was not dark enough, hard to get to sleep

location was perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable. I absolutley loved that there was water in the lobby. I think there were oranges in the water....so refreshing after driving for 5 hours.

darker shades on the window. We ended up at the Emergency room with my step mom and got back to the hotel at 2:45am we pulled the shade and closed the curtain but it was still so bright in the room it was difficult to get to sleep and then when the sun came up it was just as bright. We were hoping to be able to sleep in since we had to drive back to Saint George.

Good except for neighbors!

Very noisy neighbors, in the adjoining room. Kept my wife up most of the night. The Hotel was not busy, why did they put us so close together?

Perfect for our one night transit through SLC.

Exceptional check in staff, gave us dinner recommendations for late on a Sunday, very friendly and welcoming.

Coffee in room - there was just one cup.

Adequate.

The staff were great, rooms were big and the fitness area was adequate. The breakfast was basic but adequate, particularly if you are trying to save money on meals. The TV in the room is great, with good placement and multiple streaming options available which a lot of hotels fail to provide.

The cooler in my room sounded like a jet engine, even on low. Luckily it was very cold outside and the room insulation kept the temperature and a good level. If it was summer there would be no way I could sleep with such a loud aircon. The shower head was average at best and changing to a rainfall type head would provide a huge improvement. The rooms are a touch dated, and it would be a nice touch if the market area had some healthier options available. (Raw nuts, fruit, the yoghurt they stock for breakfast, protein bars, etc).

the location was good. relevant to downtown and the freeway.

pool was closed. hot tub was way dirty. room wasn’t very clean… there was hair in the bathroom and on the floors.

Overpriced.

Location was convenient to downtown Salt Lake City, and near places to eat. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to get in and out of our room.

For the price, I definitely expected a more up-to-date facility and a better breakfast. Facility felt outdated. Room was cramped, especially the bathroom. Couch felt (and sounded) like it was stuffed with paper bags.

Clean, comfortable stay for a short stay

The facilities here were very clean and comfortable! The location makes it easy to find and it's great for a short stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful during our stay too!

While I don't have many complaints the amenities here were a bit basic and outdated for the price. However the rooms were spacious and very clean.

I've stayed here multiple times for business and will continue.

I only got a banana one day for breakfast. I'm a kosher eater so only having pork products on a breakfast bar normally means I eat outside the facility. Some turkey or chicken sausage would be a plus.

It was ok. Close to places and pool was good. Breakfast not great.

Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub was nice. Also outside patio.

Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast wasn’t great and time of breakfast was to early and ended to early. By the time you come down everything was gone. Options were limited. Coffee was way to hot!
