great breakfast
nothing it was good

Breakfast was reasonable. Location not bad. Room not that great as expected but was big enough. The room allotted to me was too bright due to light on the outside. I prefer a more compact and quitter room which is facing the outside.
They charged me for the extra day even though I checked out e1 day earlier due to weather reasons and flight cancelation or rescheduling. I was hopeful to get my money back for the extra day on which i did not stay.

Location and price
You were using single use plastic staff for the breakfast.
Nowadays, the single use of plastic fork, knifes and others things is prohibited. Please use tableware for the future.

Comfortable. Front desk was nice and efficient
Breakfast : we asked for somme milk 30 minutes prior the end of breakfast time. We were told nothing will be added as it was closed to the end time... Not very customer friendly

When we got to the hotel, we were told that "Priceline never sent us anything." And was offered a refund. Been almost a week and no refund yet. Guess I'm going to have to get on the phone and waste an hour or 2 of my life trying to get a refund not to mention we had to stay in a dumpy motel outside of where we wanted to be. Not fun when traveling with family.

No air conditioning. Staff placed 2 fans to try to offset, didn't help much. Would have enjoyed selection of melons.
Other visitors too loud at night slamming doors to 2 am. Maybe visitors with children who run in hallways and loud in one side of the hotel and business visitors on the other. Need to shampoo the carpets in the elevators. Visitators need to be aware of homeless/unhoused persons throughout the city.
3.0
Ease of access to downtown, free parking and friendly staff.
A lot of things seemed outdated or not as clean. There was bathroom garbage left behind from the previous occupant. Toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival. Overall there needs to be more through cleaning and updates.

We like the variety breakfast. Wifi and comfy beds.

Not much other than the price, lots of homeless in the area, one of which began following my wife and I and started yelling “C**t and B***h at her while we were walking to a local restaurant.
The first room we were given was awful, the tub looked grimy, the closet door had a hole punched in it, the back of the front door looked like it was attacked by some kind of animal. The second room was much better.

Perfect location. Really good value for money. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Free parking

A very cheap option in the edge of the downtown. Staff is friendly and helped my changed plan.
Breakfast is almost the same everyday. It’s cheap so it takes 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes spin/lime/bicycle to the city center. I believe the area here is safe in the night, while some people may have concern. The heater stops working in April, which may be too cold sometimes, for me I can not enjoy the time in the room.

Walls was dirty. Everything was nice besides the wall dirty and door.

the location was good
we arrived at the property amid snow storm, the lady that checked us in did not show the direction to our rooms. She saw that we were heading to the wrong directions but did not inform us. Since out room was outside the main building we exited the office in wrong direction and had to suffer in snow storm. Totally unfriendly staff.

Staff is always friendly and nice. I choose this location, because the beds are so comfortable. I’ve just put up with the rest.
This trip the bad out weighed the good. I hold mold on my window that I had to ask to have cleaned. not just all little mold but a lot. Air/Heat did not work correctly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and they just removed the switch and put a cover plate over it.

There was no hair drier, the hand towel bar was missing, toilet seat cover ready to fall off, there was no way to change channels on the TV

Our first room we had to call and have TV fixed and then found a window pane completely broken out causing cold air to come into our room. They put us in a second room where we found a used dirty towel on back of bathroom door and used shampoo bottle.

garbage staff
2.5
The staff was amazing, I had an issue with the tv in my room and it was taken care of right away.
I have stayed at this hotel before but never in a room located outside. The only thing I would say for the rooms that are located outside would be to either get rid of those rooms or remodel. The door was hard to shut and when shut the door was cut short so all the cold air was coming inside. Also the heater didn’t really put out too much heat so it took it half the night to get warm in the room.
