Old, sloppy, dirty (?) bed linens- I have photos; no microwave or frig in either room I had reserved; strong musty smel

Location to event

Rooms were not up to expectation of booking and value for what I paid. This booking was a substitute for my reservation another hotel lost, but this hotel was definitely not up to the standard of what we would have had at the other hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was clean with plenty of linen.

The beds were hard and not very comfortable. I wish breakfast was out longer than 2 hours. 7 to 9 is really not long enough. Especially if ur traveling for leisure. U feel like u have to jump up and rush down for breakfast.

Not good!

Did not eat there! We had to clean the Air Conditioner coils to get some air out and it just wasn't up to par for the Marriott name! Clean

Cleaner and didn't seem to care about the condition of the room! And your are small not like other places we stayed. We stay in 5 Marriott on our trip to visit relatives! And the were great!

Building was nice and staff were very friendly

The elevator was not working when we arrived. Had to carry everything up to 3rd floor. A/ in room was off and didn't get room cool till 3am. All of us were sweating. We found 2 black socks under bed that did not belong to us showing the room hadn't been throughly cleaned. We were gone from room the entire next day and arrived back to find we had no clean towels and room hadn't been serviced. Hotel staff were very friendly and building was nice.

I'll never stay at another fairfield

A party of other guests was allowed to gather outside and inside until nearly midnight. Kids in that group were allowed to run in and out, slamming doors, screaming and yelling. Unfortunately, we were in a closet-sized room right next to the door and stairs being used by the large party and their kids. We brought it to the attention of the desk personnel at about 9:30. he did nothing. We were awakened twice. We had to speak to the front desk again and threaten to call the police, before the party was broken up and kids (teens and younger) finally stopped

Good Location.

Bathroom toilet bowl was dirty, looked like it had not be cleaned in a couple of weeks. The breakfast was not what it said on the internet, it was only so, so. It also starts to early (6:30) and ends at (8:30) at exactly 8:25 they started taking the remainder of the food away.
