never again

location was great for what I needed.

bathroom in room was very dirty/dingy and full of soap scum. towels were thread bare with holes. Room was very dingy and not super clean. very disappointing for the $300 per night price point.

Very tired this afternoon from no sleep because the air in two different rooms didn't work well.

The breakfast was amazing. The pool was fun and clean.

The staff on duty last night was rude. We turned the air on in the room before we went to swim and when we came back to the room the room temperature hadn't changed and the unit wasn't working. When we reported it to the lady at the desk she told us very rudely that all you have to do is unplug it and plug it back it up that is all she was going to do. We left and ran into town and when we came back the room was still hot and the air wasn't working. She got hateful when I went back and said something to her again. She eventually put us in a different room. The air worked a little better but not like other motels we have stayed in.

The hotel itself is pretty old and rundown, definitely needs to be upgraded. The tub/ shower were grimy. Would not stay here again.

Superb

It was in a great location, many places to eat and shop nearby. Was quiet from road noise and clean. Front desk was very friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had.

Was a lot of baseball players staying, young kids, was a bit noisy from them but Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

🚨 STAY AWAY 😱 CLEANLINESS sucks 🚨. there was long strands of hair in the tub - not in the corner but, in the middle. One of the staff members couldn’t believe it as she took a picture-then removed it - she pretended to take my email address to send it to me for my records and she never sent it. also AC UNIT DOE NOT WORK - woke up in a sweat before i decided to ask the desk for a fan. - THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I don’t take time to do reviews but this was needed. and not to include I think I caught a rash from the bedding. 🐞🪳

I will never stay at Ramada by Wyndham in Elizabethtown again

We experienced multiple different issues while we were there first the lady named Bridget was not very friendly always seemed annoyed when you asked questions and always seem irritated had a major attitude the second issue that we incurred is at 4:45 a.m. eastern standard time the fire alarms went off from where they had a mishap cooking breakfast and it was bad enough to cause me to have an asthma attack and have trouble breathing everybody had to go outside in the freezing cold didn't have time to grab your clothes or nothing and it was cold now the third issue that we incurred is we found bed bugs in the bed when we went up to the front desk to report it that same lady named Bridget said oh I don't know what that is and brushed us off bed bugs are a serious matter and I also another person that was renting the hotel was complaining that they found bed bugs

We were not able to get a good night's sleep there was not good customer service with the staff

Location and price.

Dated rooms, but, price was great. TV didn't work when we arrived. Got that issue corrected.

the staff was rude they kept my deposit because they said they had to clean the carpet because my kids threw up we was not there for a vacation we were there because we didn’t have power and had to stay there

It wasn’t a good experience, I thought Ramada was one of the better hotels until this stay.

Handicap parking available

The heat/air conditioner wasn’t working, bathtub had two long hairs in it, didn’t look clean, sink wouldn’t drain very well, water coming out around the faucet getting counter all wet.

Read above if truly interested...

Not much...just stayed one night arriving late and leaving early in the am.

The toilet was backed up and the front desk told us, "sorry, I'm looking where the plunger should be but it's not there. The maintenance is gone. We can change you to a new room." It was late, wife in bed, and we hadn't used the toilet. It was that way when we arrived. Too late to move all of our things as we were leaving early and needed to sleep. Made the reservation on line and was told we would have a king...nope none available with overbooked. The tv remote didn't work and when I checked with the front desk I was told, "Sorry, don't have another one." Very poor experience for only being there for a few hours. Attitude of front desk very poor, no helpfulness at all. Will NEVER stay there, or at any other RAMADA Inns ever. I called customer service from Ramada and received no understanding at all. Wasted my time trying to help them they had a very poor Ramada. "They are independent." Ramada name apparently means nothing. I was mistaken.

The morning of checkout there was a homeless man out in the lobby that wouldn’t leave.

Bed was very comfortable.

The fact they charged me saying I smoked in room. I don’t not. My daughter and I was harassed by a drunk in parking lot to the point another man waiting to check in had to come assist us.
