Bedding was nice.

Furniture was broken. TV were not working. I called to have a maintenance man look at them, was told they were not on sight. Toilet ran all night. No ice buckets.

Would had liked to known of the renovations. Could hear them working in rooms by our suite. Pool closed. View was horrible. Price from booking.com and there charge when I paid; two different things.

Very outdated. Smoke detector in one of the bedrooms was making noises that kept my son awake through the night.

Ummm Well, it's a NO for me!

There were roaches in the kitchen. My husband and I both seen them crawling around on the counter tops. Unfortunate as it is I didn't see them anywhere else in the room.

The bugs and bed was so hard.

Comfortable, accommodating to needs, and friendly staff.

The room was nice, except for the view outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. The best being the friendliness of the manager who asked my opinion of breakfast.

It was a nice area and very clean

Our clock didn't work in the room. The light/,fan in the bathroom was very loud. The bed didn't sleep real comfortably.

Disrespectful People

I don’t appreciate having the cops called on me because the staff wondered whether or not me and my fiancé were the biological parents of our little girl!!!!!!!! So disrespectful!!!!! Also the fact that they overcharge for their hotel that you can’t get in the jacuzzi because it doesn’t heat up and the pool which is inside is closed every other day or should I say (it’s closed to whom they want it to be closed to) that is discrimination against people!!!!! So if they don’t like you you had better watch out because they will make your stay a living nightmare! Oh yes and may I add that they will also walk right into your room without even knocking first! Oh yes this hotel and its staff are something else! I happened to like 2 ladies of all the staff they had there! And It may have just been because it was our very first day there. SMH. That’s why they will not be getting anything from me ever again. They need to fire a lot of the staff and the manager needs to be fired as well. GET IT TOGETHER! Rude and very disrespectful people here and judgmental as well. Nothing good to say about them at ALL.
