It was beautiful and well maintained
Rooms were small and doors were super heavy.

Breakfast was nice and up to par with most Hampton Inns. Air conditioner worked fine
We got a run-down disability room for some reason even though we booked weeks in advance, lousy mattress, and overall tired looking room.

Room was very nice and clean
The refrigerator didn't work

This Hampton Inn had the most amazing staff!!! They were so friendly and helpful our entire stay. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. The lady running the breakfast was so nice and you can tell she loves what she does. I see there were quite a few people disliking the location but it didn’t bother us at all. We don’t go to a hotel to hang outside at night. We felt safe and never saw anything sketchy. Location is good for restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had provided us with enough towels and toiletries. Would book this hotel again if we ever come back to the area.

the pool wasn’t open, the hotel next door had 1 or 2 shady people hanging around outside.

This is a very nice hotel. However, the total charge for a small dog to stay with us with taxes was $84.75, in addition to the room charge with taxes of $162.72, for a total cost of $247.47! That's an absurd charge for one night with a pet! We might just as well have booked an extra room for our dog for that amount.
This is a very nice hotel with fine rooms. However, I would not consider it a "pet friendly" hotel, since it charges way too much for the pet. Our average pet cost for motels we have used varies from zero to $30.

the front desk guy was super sweet. However who ever owns sone of these old hotels & slapped a name on them they need to sleep there themselves!
antiquated bathrooms just in general it’s older and dingy! I think one of the worst Hampton Inns was in linden NJ & that one isn’t even old!
The bathroom was dirty not cleaned 🤮 hair in the tub the toilet & the bed sheets were never changed! I was not able to get someone to clean it & the manager did nothing at all!

Not much!
The biker gang that was using every inch of the facility to drink and be loud! The fact that the TV never worked even though I complained to the staff twice. My reservations got screwed up so I wound up paying extra for the rooms! No one was helpful in getting me answers to any of my problems! I will NEVER use this hotel again!
