The nosey was mf

Breakfast, gym, desk, lighting, staff.

Oven (ventilation didn’t turn on), toaster (didn’t turn off), heat (blew only cold air), heavy air refreshener in hallways, bed bugs.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The ceiling from the 3rd floor started raining into our bathroom. It lasted for about 7 minutes. It came thru the light fixture and soaked the bathroom. When we called down to the front desk the woman told us there was nothing they could do because maintenance was gone. So we had to use all our towels to soak up the water. Next morning the same woman was working and when we brought it up to her she said yeah I heard about that. Nothing more said or done. Towel rack kept falling off the bathroom wall. Paint/wall was all chipped in the bathroom, burner on stove was bent. Pillow on couch was old and stained. Office was not clearly marked and there was no where to park to check in. Parking lot had tight parking spaces and not much parking by the actual buildings. You had to park towards the back and walk around a giant snow bank.

The attitude of the day front desk lady day of departure was condescending. I was checking out with a patient and had to load car 4 trips forgot key went to desk and she wanted my license which was in my room. Then she argued with me about the rules. I told her my patient was up in the room and she could come with me. Again attitude will not stay here ever again because of her. Train your staff better customer service!!!!

the front desk staff was great! at check out the person asked about our son’s move (that was the reason for our stay) and the check in person must have put a not in the system when we were chatting. that was a great sign of their attentiveness and customer focus!

The breakfast selection was great! Every staff member I interacted with was eager to help and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was the perfect size for our little group. Plus there were great food options nearby, make sure to check out Hope Breakfast Bar for a delicious brunch!

Our main issue was that when we tried to turn on our AC in our room, the thermostat and AC unit let out a loud POP, then the thermostat went black. We had an on-site maintenance man come and see if it was just an issue with the breaker, but every time he flipped it and tried to start the AC, the same loud POP would happen. So, we went one night without AC and were extremely uncomfortable. The next morning, a different maintenance man came by and figured out that the AC unit itself had died, so they'd have to move us to a different room. We had already fully unpacked everything for us three girls so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but we knew we needed a room with AC if we were to sleep decently. We went out for the afternoon to have some lunch and by the time we came back, they had a new room ready for us, and it was right next door. That made for an easy transition. We were very thankful for their prompt response to this issue.

Nice suite layout which included a full kitchen where we could prepare our meals, as i had just had outpatient eye surgery and didn't want to have to go to restaurants. Also, a fantastic breakfast provided with many options, including gluten- free muffins. Very friendly and welcoming breakfast hostess - she made it a real treat to be there.

Could use cups in the bathroom

it was easy to access. I really liked the little kitchen. I was able to store food for holiday gatherings and make some snacks.

I liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. We were there for a bachelorette party so having a separate living room area helped a lot and having the kitchenette and dishes provided made it easier to bring our own food.

The staff treated me horrendously when I was trying to figure out the booking. I had planned everything for the bachelorette party and made the bookings, but was getting done at the spa last, so wouldn’t be able to check in with everyone. I tried to get an early check-in so I could make it work with our plans, but that didn’t work, which was fine. Instead I just changed the names of the guests checking in so that the other girls could check-in without me, but I wanted to make sure they’d be able to without any problems, and when I called to ask, the woman didn’t understand what I was trying to ask and instead of asking me to re-explain, she proceeded to tell me I no longer had bookings, that she didn’t need my confirmation numbers, couldn’t tell me the answers to my questions and that the other girls would have to call (even though it was my card and email on the bookings still), screamed at me when I tried to tell her all I needed to know was if they’d be able to check-in without me, and then she hung up on me after screaming at me. Luckily the girls were able to check-in without issue, but the rooms had not been cleaned at all. The bathrooms weren’t wiped down, no new towels, leftover food and beverages from the previous guests, I’m not even sure if the sheets had been changed. The staff member’s excuse for not giving us an early check-in was because the rooms had to be cleaned, but that didn’t even happen so we could’ve just checked in early and saved the whole mess in the first place. I have NEVER encountered a customer service worker (or customer for that matter) that was even half as rude as this person was and I’ve been in the customer service/retail industry for years. I don’t know her name because she wouldn’t tell me and I only ever talked to her on the phone.

The bed and pull out bed were miserable. We probably would have stayed another night if it weren't for the beds

Nice room. Mini full kitchen was great. Comfy bed. Very nice front desk staff!

First floor suites seemed to close to the sidewalk. As if when the curtains opened I was on display
