My family and I were here in Newport for a small getaway and our stay at this location could not have been any better. T

It's Ok...but not worth the price

Location was great, the lobby and outdoor area was nice, indoor pool was great...room was a nice size and the bed was VERY comfy

The room was surface clean at best.... substances on bathroom door, kitchen backsplash, stained bedding and curtains, noticeable dust on ceilings and walls and door to AC unit, dust and debris in crevices by refrigerator, refrigerator a little dirty, bathroom had funky odor, urine with maybe the sitting water in the tub? The AC in the hallways was not working and was very hot, walls thin, got loud around 9pm both nights we were there(not fun when you having a 1 year old and 6 year old sleeping), there was one staff member who had a personality and she worked at check in(3:45ishpm Sat, Sunday evening at 10ishpm, and Monday morning she checked us out) the other staff lacked personality in my opinion....they were nice and courteous don't get me wrong. I went to front desk staff on Sunday morning to request more towels and to advise of slight urine smell and she said she would have cleaning staff take care of it,they took care of the towels but the urine smell even though it was very slight, still lingered...I ended up getting a candle and that worked out well...room could use some updating....TV had no streaming capabilities, glass closet doors kept coming off track, tub had stain from sitting water. Free continental breakfast was sub par..only because if choices...the cooked items they did have, tasted great.

Staff, facilities and location were great! We've stayed here before. We will be back! This time around we had a small issue, but it was handled professionally.

We found urine saturated linen in the bag for the pullout sofa, as well as urine saturated clothing under one of the beds in the bedroom (found by our puppy). We checked in during the wee hours of the morning, sadly I had covered myself in the blanket from out of the bag too exhaustedto notice. I awoke to the strong scent of the urine, ultimately I discovered it was the blanket.This is a great place to stay and we will be back, but those items must've been overlooked by housekeeping. The clothing found under the bed was clearly that of a child (we also found a toy under the bed). The rest of the room was clean. I cleaned it again myself. Staff reacted quickly and were very apologetic. Honestly, I was wondering why a guest would place urine saturated linen back in the bag...and folded neatly as if it hadn't been used.I didn't suspect it was used, so I know the housekeeper didn't either.

I enjoyed the location, the cleanliness of the location. I enjoyed that I was able to cook in the room. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.

There was really nothing that I didn't like. When I stayed there before we could make our own waffles and having eggs and sausage for breakfast. But I know in the current situation that can happen at this time.

Front Desk staff room appeared not to have been cleaned. Waited hrs for a plunger and somehow my stay cost me an extra $90 and there was no explanation for it.

Disappointed in this hotel.

Great location from the airport. Breakfast had a great selection and hostess was very nice.

The room smelled so bad like fish we had to go buy febreze and a candle. The bed and pillows were horrible. The pool was very gross w/ a greasy film floating on it.

However my stay was incredible.

I booked the suite which advertise online that oven was included in room but when I arrived at property was told that my room didn't have oven and that the rooms were sold out. Also, breakfast ends to early.
