Our stay was great! The staff were very friendly and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable

I think breakfast was very good and I appreciated the quantity.

I had to wait for luggage cart. I'm not sure how many the hotel has, but it may be good to invest in at least one more. We also had a little trouble controlling the air conditioning.

Very nice people, clean room. Easy to get to would recommend!

Breakfast was great. The OJ was the very best! The staff was super, very helpful when there was a problem and quick to remedy it! The were also very nice and easy to get aping with!

The shower curtain was very clingy. I feel this could be remedied low cost by installing a curved rod. The size of the bathroom overall was good, this was really the only down side.

I really like this place

Our room was on the second floor this time and better than ever

This stay was a little more noisy than usual, there were more people staying in the hotel this time and someone was definitely smoking on the second floor but it wasn't horrible.

Shower door came loose and it took a long time to get someone up there to fix it

The facility had some obvious updates (elevator display, clean and well-kept coffee, and expresso maker. The bed was firm, and it was a nice size tv.

The bathroom smelt like urine. The room was a bit small for a king size. The room was advertised with a sofa but only a chair. The shower head was coming out of the wall.

Simply not worth the price.

Location, pleasant staff, clean

Price was outrageous for what it is. Tiny bathroom, dated furnishings. Broken window in hallway exit door was a safety concern.

Room was not especially clean and had an odd Oder when I came in.

It was really convenient to where we were visiting. Just a 10 minute rode up on 64

The bathroom, the shower we had. The hanger for the shower curtain was loose making the curtain slide down and some of the electrical outlet covers and bandaids holding it to the wall. My gf didn't like the view from our room. And it smelled really bad when you first walk into the room

The food was good my kids really enjoyed it!!

Perfect location for dining options and access to I-64, leading to many tourist attractions.

Appreciated the breakfast and utilized the breakfast areas after breakfast ended to connect with other family members.

The weather wasn't conducive for swimming, but was looking forward to the outdoor pool!

I stayed there the past 3 years. This time for 2 nights the AC didn’t work. It was fixed on the 3rd day

break fast was great. there were collage basket ball teams and associated staff all getting breakfast. only one coffee machine available.

it was obvious that one of the two treadmills was damaged and out of order for some time. guest take exercise seriously. it was very difficult to get in line to use one treadmill.

for our quick stay the room worked well.

property was clean, and comfortable. we were there for one night so it worked well for that.

at breakfast coffee machine was not working and there was no back up. the staff was very kind and trying hard but I felt like there should have been a basic back up coffee make me in the back with a carafe and that would have been perfect.

We were satisfied with our visit and would again stay there again.

It was clean. Also we weren't able to eat breakfast but it looked really good. We ate at our daughters house.

The fridge in 318 is not working. We didn't need it any way.
