Do not stay here

Staff was friendly

Very dirty Stained carpet drapes. Couch was absolutely disgusting with stains and soiled upholstery. Bed was super uncomfortable and woke up with a backache

It wasn't horrible because the employees were friendly. But you get what you pay for.

It was okay, I didn't like that. They didn't have no Creamer for my coffee.

I didn't like the hard beds and I didn't like that. Our TV wasn't working and when I called management. He said that they will come to fix it, but they never did. I had to figure it out by myself. I didn't like the heater. It was making very loud noises and I couldn't sleep.

Ok for a Motel 6, but not up to Marriott standards and certainly not worth the cost

The location was good, easy access from the airport, easy to get on and off of the Interstate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no electricity in bedroom when we arrived, They got the light working by the second day, but the clock radio and charging port by bed never worked. I was never able to get the automated wake up call to work There was no safe in the unit One of the guides that kept the box springs in place on one of the beds was protruding out about an inch and would gouge your ankle any time you walked past the bed. There was no no ice maker on 3rd floor Several floor tile bathroom were loose and make a noise each time you stepped on them The carpet was worn through out the facility

Very good

The location was excellent and the staff we spoke to was very friendly.

There was trash in the sofa bed when we pulled it out and there were toilet plungers lying in the hallway when we got to our room. The breakfast was also very basic but the taste was okay.

Had to ask to have room refreshed 3 times. Not enough towels. Room needs major updates. Shower head was leaking. Breakfast was not good. No variety and unappetizing

We will not stay in a Fairmont facility again.

The location was good for our needs

At check in, we were given keys, but the wrong room number. The bathtub had a hair ball from the previous guest when we started the water. The TV would only change volume, we had to call the front desk, the problem was a rectified, but we were told it was common ( the channel receiver had fallen behind the TV). When we opened the sofa bed, there was a note linens in closet. There were no linens so we had to call the front desk again. On top of that we had to pay for parking in an open lot.

Good for a quick overnight after long drive

easy check in. very friendly staff. beds were comfortable

bathtub drainage extremely slow. tub was dirty because of this. beds squeaked. bathroom fan didn’t work

Love the room. It accommodated my daughter birthday so we'll. We all loved breakfast the biscuits and gravy was amazing.

The jets in the hot tub didn't work, they didnt inform me that when I checked in. The night staff was very rude and unhelpful. The toilet in my room started overflowing, the front desk didn't answer the phone. The bathroom was flooding so I shut the water off to the toilet and when i went to the front desk to tell them, they never came to my room to look at it or help. All they did was give me a plunger. I couldn't exchange my dirty towels for clean towels bc there weren't any available when house keeping came in the morning

I got what I paid for

The tub didnt drain when I took a shower. The mini fridge wasn't cold at all.

Wouldn't stay again.

Bed was clean an comfortable. Over all it was clean, staff was super nice.

Toilet seat was broken, TV didn't work until they brought up a new cable and we sweat all night because the air conditioner didn't work. I told the front desk and they didn't try to make it better just said thanks for letting us know.
