Never had this happen before it’s sad really

The beds and the pillows are comfortable the facility is clean

The night desk keeper gave another couple our room and they walked in as we were sleeping no apology just tried to justify why it happened no coffee till like 8 the breakfast was late and all the desk lady cared about was rooms for her friends coming up there fyi that’s who walked into our room smh

it was worth it and I was content with everything

the place was clean and well kept

that after a long drive in the morning I couldn't check in until after 3pm - I wanted to freshen up and change clothes before going out ... I had to go kill time and wait

I'll be back in November

My original room was close to a construction zone near I-94 and very noisy with the trucks, the next day I asked the day shift girl to switch my room to a quieter location and I had no issues. The receptionists are very pretty.

overall a good stay, it was a long hike to get ice.

The breakfast crew was great! Food was good, especially the tube shaped sausage slices.

the bathroom fans only circulate internal air and the carbon filter was clogged and needed to replaced. it didn’t help get the humidity out of the bathroom after a shower. it was noisy and came on with the light, annoying and purposeless.

Comfortable stay, delicious breakfast and reasonably priced.

The hotel dining attendees were throughly briefed in customer service and satisfaction. Our continental breakfast was surprisingly delicious! The selection was one of a 5 star hotel and very satisfying. Our room was clean and welcoming. The front desk staff were pleasant as well.

Besides the humm from the bathroom vent, only when the light is turned on, I have no other dislikes.

we love this location it’s convenient for our visit..friendly caring staff except for day time front desk employee..whom I believe to be the General Manager..She is rude and unfriendly..

The General Manager at this location is a straight up B-t-ch

started out good until our second night than it was bad..

it was in a good location. the morning shift lady sue was very nice when I was addressing issues and she said it wasn’t an issue..

the night staff was rude.. the night shift tried to not change us rooms even tho the bathroom lights blew out and tried to blame us cooking food in the room.. called the manager and he told them to switch us rooms..

I didn’t like anything but the breakfast it made me mad

the first room I had it had brown spots on white sheets second room bathroom light didn’t work had to take a shower in the dark and my mirror was broke my friends room had food in the fridge and no mirror at all I appreciate the stay but don’t recommend!

The toilet seat was broke and asked them to fix it but no body did. The indoor pool was cold.
