Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Ambiente.
Zu laute live Musik im Restaurant.

The staff was more then helpful. I forgot some items and the staff went above and beyond to find the items for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the Cafe was wonderful. The massage at the spa was out of this world. Definitely recommend checking the spa out. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Very beautiful and full of rich history.
There was not one thing I did not like.

The beauty of the hotel and the location as it was easy to get to our events.
Noisy neighbors in the room next to us but that is not the hotel's fault. The price was elevated due to the event we were attending and I'm not a fan of this but all the hotels in the surrounding area did the same thing.

The art in the hotel, everything perfect.
The food at the lobby bar was cold and the service very slow, there were no people having lunch and very poor service.

The staff was so friendly and loved where they worked. I know cause they told me so. Quiet and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Loved the location.

The hotel is nice/historic; nice that it has Mason Grill to eat and drink, as well as The Cafe, The Lobby, and in-room dining, so you have choices and don’t have to leave the hotel, if you prefer not to.
The room my husband and I stayed in was old, needed updating, the tub looked old/stained, the shower curtain had a rip in it from top to bottom. The price to stay in a room is not cheap, so we expected more…..maybe a little bar and snacks in the room (for purchase) a complimentary drink and/or appetizer at one of your dining places in the hotel would have been nice. I come there every January for the Breast Care Conference, held on the 7th floor, and I have stayed in nicer rooms that you have. For the hotel room, eating at one of your dining areas, Valet parking, and not to mention the tips I leave for valet, when I arrive and leave, tip for room service, etc, we feel we should get more out of our experience….more for our money.

the hotel is gorgeous aesthetically.
they don’t clean your rooms bc of “COVID”. every hotel I’ve stayed at the past year from mid range to luxury is fully cleaning rooms again. A luxury hotel four star not cleaning rooms now is unacceptable. even more unacceptable is they don’t tell you this upon booking or check in. the staff came and dropped off towels and took my $5 tip but didn’t clean my room. if they can come inside and drop towels, what is the difference in coming in and cleaning it? you’re inside…I see nothing here that is about COVID. it’s about saving money and still charging us $260 a night in WI when it’s 40 degrees.
