Didn’t eat the breakfast. But our room was very comfortable. It was a little dark without much ambient light but very nice

Location
Beautiful river views and sound of the water. Lighting is terrible, so getting ready was a challenge. No airflow even with open windows. The bathroom window faces the hallway with zero privacy should I need to open the window, and that is frustrating. Hot tubs are way too hot. Fans are way too loud. Front desk manager was great, but the other staff at check out were not very friendly or accommodating. This was at least $50 per night too high for what we got. We usually stay at The Ritz or 4 Seasons properties, so we have high expectations to start.

our condo was is a great location seeing the stream. it was quiet. the front desk was always there & polite. The pool & spa was excellent. We enjoyed it because of the surroundings. The rocks in the spa was great. It was walking distance to the village.
The $50.00 for the parking... It could have been $25.00 but we had no choice because we drove to the place.

The lobby was beautiful
No view from 2nd floor- can only see the middle of trees

Staff were very accommodating and helpful - they allowed me to use the pool and fitness center when our room wasn't quite ready for check in but I needed a place to kill some time. We also had some minor issues with the room like there not being a hair dryer and they brought one down within minutes. Also, the pool and hot tub area can't be beat with the sound of the rushing creek right below and unobstructed mountain views!

Cleaning service suffering from COVID and inflation / resort labor shortage issues. The folks working are working hard and do a good job but the overall service suffers somewhat as compared to past stays.

The view, the size of the unit, cleanliness, appliances in unit, amenities are great, walking distance to shops and restaurants is amazing.
We did not like that the television and television remote were not responsive. To watch anything or change it took a while and sometimes we had to turn off the tv. Check out seemed early compared to most hotels we have been in. If you have a bigger vehicle parking can be challenging.

Loved the coffee machine in the lobby and how close this property was to everything! The view from the balcony was incredible!

Best part of this hotel is its location in Lionshead Village. Easy access to the heart of Lionshead, Vail Mountain and the Gore Creek trail. 15 min walk to Vail Village. Nice pool and hot tub overlooking the mountain and creek. Garage parking.
The layout of this hotel is very odd. Almost like multiple buildings joined together so it is really disjointed and confusing. Narrow corridors that are partially open to the sky and windows along the corridors are strange design elements.
Our room had the bathroom sink in the carpeted hallway and a very small toilet/shower room with a window on the corridor. The bedroom was triangular so you couldn’t move around the bed.

Close proximity to the lifts. Our 2 bedroom was clean and very comfortable for our family of four. Absolutely will come back!
