Okay for our two nights

The overall location is great in Lionshead. The pool and sauna were small but very nice. Staff is friendly and parking was convenient though outdoors.

The room location against the parking lot was to be expected with a last minute booking. Some of the room features did not operate well.

Smelled awful. Unattended dead garbage disposal with material inside. Had to replace on second day of stay.

Would definitely book again. Very accommodating for early arrivals and late departure to park and ski before your unit

Convenient to slopes and activities. Unit was well appointed for those that wish to fend for themselves and cook meals. Outstanding layout for family.

Gran ubicación en Lionshead-Vail

La ubicación es simplemente perfecta. Al lado de pistas, con salida directa a telecabina; con servicio guardaskis. El viernes el hotel invitaba a tapas y vinos… gran detalle. Habitación confortable.

Ante todo el precio. Muy elevado en términos europeos. Y luego… no tenía servicio de desayuno lo que obligaba a salir a un restaurante externo (ciertamente no muy lejano)

Great Location

Beautiful building and great location. The room was nice and the staff were great.

My main problem with the condo is that there is practically nothing in the kitchenette - no glasses, no utensils, no plates, no bowls. I wanted to make myself a little breakfast but there were no bowls or utensils. Very disappointing.

We loved the location and the amenities, used the ski valet, the sauna, and the gym daily.

We had a great time regardless, unit was very comfortable, and we learned to look beyond no sky view

Location is amazing, the proximity to the lifts cannot be beat, ski valet very convenient. By far the best location in Vail.

The unit was not described properly, it was very comfortable but it was not spelled out clearly that even though there is a daylight in the unit, there is a 10-12 ft concrete wall 3 feet from the window, so you don't even see the sky, forget about any views, and also the ski rental place next door stores their skis right in front of the bedroom window, in the narrow walkway, as a result there is a bit of a commotion every morning and it tends to get loud, not mentioning the "view", not sure what is worst, looking at the concrete wall 3 ft from the window, or ski storage 2 ft from the window

Expensive but good value. Quality everywhere you looked. 500 ft from gondola was the best

The location was the top feature. Also being met at the front door by the bell man, front desk there with directions to everywhere, skiis waiting when we walked out or in, great restaurant in house, hot tubs were great, room was spacious

The tv was difficult to manage.

loved the outdoor hot tubs. Great warm cookie service from 3-4pm, sadly burned on the one day we got there on time for cookies

VACASA sent us about 20 emails in regards to our stay. Each was labeled as "Important update" or other labels that made you read the email. None were important. But they sure did waste my time...

Great place with wonderful location.

The place has a great location. It is right in the middle of the ski resort. The apartment was clean with great views. My family loved everything about this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the two bathrooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall great location. The staff was nice, professional and made me feel welcomed and safe.

Good location. The room was good and clean when I checked in. The room was serviced each day.

It appeared that when the room was cleaned daily that housekeeping used a dirty rag on some of the days.

ロケーション。スタッフが優しい。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれて、夕方、着替えのスペースを使わせてくれた。

部屋が狭い。デスクのスペースがなく、エレベータ近くの共有の場所にパソコンデスクが並んでいた。コンセントが近くになかったので、コーヒーメーカーが使えなかった。

friendly staff outside court yard was nice

1. no view - there was a cinderblock wall that blocked view....Kept blinds closed so no one could see inside our unit. 2. getting to our room was like walking a maze

PERFECTION!

Location was awesome close to everything. Gondola right next to hotel. The room was super comfy and clean. Just perfect for two people. Nice little fridge and microwave. We loved the patio. ( we were on the first floor) higher up had balconies. Great room service. We haven’t had that since preCOVID. EXCELLENT property. Staff were all super nice. Anything you need is right outside your door a few steps away! View was beautiful along the river.

While the staff was great we would never stay there again.

Location and staff was exceptional.

The "suite" was misrepresented and the decor was a mismatch of college dorm room furniture crammed into a hotel room.

The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect for walkability. I enjoyed being able to open the window for fresh air and the fan included in the room.

Not worth the money I paid to stay there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room location was great, with a patio that looked out on a river.

The restaurant food was like eating fast food. Their were cans of paint in my closet but the room needs more than paint. The heat didn't work and the bathroom fixtures were cheap. The toilet barely flushed.

location was great, free shuttle to Ford park, pool and changing rooms, step in shower

communication between staff regarding our late check out, condo was very dark... could have used a reading light. Kitchen lacked some essentials... cutting board, pitcher, large bowl for mixing or salad, food storage container.
