It was nothing personal and the staff was very understanding and helpful.
This facility was on the bad side of town. I did not feel safe at all.

Pool, hot tub, service, room
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast
Was knocked on by housekeeping three times within 1 hour
No luggage cart, one not offered, no explanation

The pool, the staff, and the spacious room.
The stripped toilet seat, the shower curtain rod needed repair, and the hot food was available only once during my three day stay. The air conditioner worked fine at first but seemed to lose speed so the room didn’t cool properly.

The young lady at the front desk was super pleasant made us feel at home!
Needs some minor work done to property to bring it back up to par. Example carpet in front of elevator 2nd floor is coming up. It was a few issues in one of the rooms we had 215 nail polish on carpet ding on wall behind the entry door knob and burn marks on foot stools in front of sofa bed. And noticed ceiling coming apart in hallway and by ice machine.

It was in a good location and easy to get to
At the time of my chicken, I noticed an unpleasant smell. I was informed that the hotel had just regain power, and the air conditioning had just come back on.. when I went to my room, the bed was poorly made, and it also had the unpleasant smell. I was told by the lady at the front desk that there would be no breakfast because of the power outage. On the second day there was only cereal and milk. My room key had to be remade two times because it would not work. At the time of my checkout hours I was told I could not get a receipt because they could not get their printer to work. The desk clerk said she would email me my receipt. I have still not received my receipt.

There was no breakfast due to the awful weather
The beds were supposed to be queen size. But they were smaller regular hard and lumpy. A large red blood spot in the carpet next to the bed. The power was off all night and so suffered without my Cpap not working

that it has a pool and hot tub and a good breakfast.
I didn’t like that they cancelled my reservation just because i wasn’t there by 6 pm. thankfully they still had a room for us but I thought that was very odd. I’ve never had that happen before. I’ve also worked at hotels and have never done that.
