Overall we had a great stay. Our expectations were met. Above all the staff were great.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The carpet was not very clean and there was dust on the nightstands.

It was an okay stay. Would not stay again though

Close to BOK center

Linens were dirty, has to call for extra towels even though we provided number of people staying in room. Was not worth price. Staff was not very helpful, I kept getting redirected to someone else when asking for help.

"I ❤️ Tulsa!"

Absolutely everything. Simple elegance. A stunning entry and lobby floor. My room was comfy and larger than I thought. Very clean. The amenities were so great! I was there on business at the BOK Center and the shuttle service was nice to have. I left my car checked the entire stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the traffic in the halls and on elevators late into the night. It was a little noisy. I've stayed in other places that have keyed access entry for the elevators and floors, and they tend to be quieter. Other than that, it was great!

clean, bright, comfortable

Its a very colourful hotel. As it was quite new everything was lovely. The breakfast was nice too. They have a pool table for free use which the kids loved.

Just ok due to price

Location Easy to get in and out in vehicle Front desk clerk helpful

The price! Way too expensive. Will not stay there again. The rooms are nice but honestly Holiday Inn is just as nice. For almost $400 a night, it should have been a suite, or stood out in some other way.

Great weekend to celebrate granddaughter's birthday in a nice hotel near her school.

Closeness to nice restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff located my missing neck pillow before I left. Liked that they offered shuttle service to nearby places. We did walk home afterward as we saw the neighborhood was save in daylight.

Parking with the new keycard system doesn't work. It was difficult and took several trips to the desk to straighten it out. I was warned before I came it had problems.

This was a very pleasant hotel, safe was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The location, there was a restaurant on-site, the room amenities.

The pool was suppose to be 84°. However it felt like 70°. I was suppose to arrive in 7/21. Due to the airline southwest no fault of mine my bill have a no show for the 7/21. However I was in communication with Jake from the front desk for transparency.

The location.

The room entry way was draining water. The bathroom sink was clogged. We reported the concern; however, the issues were not resolved. The next day we were moved to another room and the phone didn’t work. We used the phone in the hall and was reprimanded by staff. I later called them from my cell phone and they sent someone to fix the phone. We requested for the towels in our room to be replaced and they brought some towels and left the old towels on the floor. We will definitely not be returning.

All around stay was great, but I would have loved a hot tub outside and included breakfast with as much as the property

The valet guys were so nice and brought anything we needed in our car, to our room! Best valet service ever!!

Efficient staff, clean room, bad restaurant.

Clean room, great water pressure, shampoo and conditioner had a great smell. Easy walk to BOK Center.

Phone and hand out had separate number for restaurant and room service. Tried to call room service number got the restaurant which did not do roomservice. So ate at the daily grill, restaurant in hotel. Do not eat at the daily grill. Bad service, food was barely edible, way too expensive for what you get.

The check in staff did not give us the. ode to our parking and we were late to concert due to trying to get this fixed. also had to walk to hotel in the FREEZING temps after concert due to shuttle picking others up and not who called them for pick up.

I had to go inside and find valet. The room was extremely small. Stain on bed linen. Hole in bathroom wall not fixed. Overall pictures on internet did not represent this room at all and for the cost, this room was not worth it. I checked out, received a refund, and went to a different Hotel.
