Was a good stay

Good location. Quiet.

Was a few things in room that was acceptable. Refrigerator was so loud had to unplug it so we could sleep. Also there was an open bar of soap in the shower that was from the guest before.

Came for the weekend and rented 2 adjoining rooms. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location! Close to downtown. Was super surprised how wonderful this property is! Loved the extra space with a couch and 2 tv's! Love the decor and cleanliness.

Loved everything! Even breakfast! It was Sunday morning so it was a little busy but you had a nice big space so it worked out great for everyone!

The bedroom was very large, but only had two little lights my the bed. It was rather dark and could use additional lighting.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay again when we are back in Pueblo.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the gym was very clean and had nice equipment. The bed was also very comfortable and I liked the way our room was setup.

The parking was an issue. We returned to our room late at night and had trouble finding a parking spot.

Definitely the staff. They all are very nice and fun. They are what is making us choose this motel for her next competition. I love how close this hotel is to competitions it make it super easy.......

Maybe close for remodel or do one floor at a time so it doesn't look so trashy. All the trim off the walls doesn't make it look clean. Makes it look Cheap. Also tape off the area that has scaffolding. Also LESS chemicals in the pool and hot tub.

Good good for the price. Always love all the staff.

We missed breakfast. 😂 my kids wanted to swim. We didn't get out of the pool in time ha. Totally our bad. Not sure what else to write. It keeps making me type 🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is seems to always be under construction when we come to stay. Being in Construction the scaffolding would be a HUGE liability. Especially in the main lobby.

Clean hotel in a good location, but bring spray for the linens or you won’t sleep.

Location was easy to get to.

The smell of the linens and towels was very unpleasant. They are over dried and have a burnt smell to them. Not good to sleep in!

Our overall stay was OK for what we needed to be there for.

Breakfast was ok. Servers were not fast enough getting food out/restocking. I really loved the waffle maker and oatmeal

The sleeper sofa was disgusting. Food inside the bed when you pull it out and on the inside of the couch itself. Couch is supposed to be a light green, but it was a dark gray due to the dirt all over it. The couch bed smelled like feet in the springs were poking you in the back.

Love this hotel but booked for the wrong night and couldn’t cancel. No availability on the night we needed. My fault.

Our room was not done My mom is blind they should of clean our before the others. Then a water link

We didn't have breakfast . The Hotel rooms and Lobby was nice. However our stay was not great. They wanted us to move to the other sister hotel at 10 pm. because their was a water leak. No way I was going to move my mom that late. We needed a ADA room for my mom . We ended up with a tub shower.

The service desk should've inform housekeeping to clean our empty room first since we were there. to their other Once we finally got our room, there was a water leak above the toilet. They wanted us to move

It was a great stay.

Great location.

Had to wait for my room. Arrived at 2:45pm but room wasn't ready. Guest service worker said that they would call me in thirty minutes when room was ready but I never received a call. So I called an hour later and the room was ready. Even if my room wasn't ready in 30 minutes the front desk staff should keep me posted by a call or text so that I may plan my stay accordingly.
