Location was good, since it was directly off interstate, and the gentleman that checked me in at night redeemed any issues I had before I got there.
Your staff that works during the day are horrid, and no someone that should be working behind a hotel desk. I had to make a last minute arrangement because of leaving late, and since we were going to be checking in after 12am we were calling the hotel to let them know. I called booking.com first and they informed me to call them, since they had already sent a notice but had not recieved a response. When I called the hotel, the lady was extremly rude and unhelpful. She did not want to hear what I was saying, kept telling me to calling booking.com, and once I finally was able to tell her I had called them and they told me to call you since they had not recieved an answer, she told me she would check on that and put me on hold. Twenty minutes later, she gets back on the phone, like nothing is wrong and tells me something about not being able to see the request yet. I was already made about the 20 minute hold and then she lies to me and says she is here by herself and that she has to wait on customers....hmmm...was I not on the phone....was I not a customer....then after I proceed to tell her how I feel about her non chalant attitude with having me wait this long, and not feeling a bit sorry about it...which she did answer the phone after 20 minutes and did not say, I am so sorry about the wait, she seemed suprised I was still on the phone. She tells me she doesn't have to listen to this, and hangs up on me, after sitting on hold and talking with them for almost 30 minutes. Now 30 minutes of my time, is equivalent to about a quarter of my hotel room stay that night, then I had to call back, and someone else answers the phone, and some how there is a manger there now. So, I was lied to about who was there, and I was lied to about what they were actually doing. They did not want to help me, and all I wanted to ask was, if I did not book with booking.

Never tried the breakfast, location was fine
Top floor room smelled like mold

It had all we needed for the stay. We just needed a break from travel and it was a nice break.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. They even let me borrow a wine opener, which I returned shortly. Between a hockey tournament and a soccer tournament going on in town there were a lot of families staying there, so the pool was packed. The staff however remained pleasant and helpful. They were always smiling.
I realize that staffing is probably an issue here, like it is everywhere, but for $200/night I was a little irritated by having a letter in the room telling me to bag up all my trash, strip the bed, and leave sheets and towels in a pile on the floor.
Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room, it would have been nice to have some plastic utensil packets with knife, fork, spoon and napkins.
Lots of traffic noise until around 1:00 am; vehicles and motorcycles revving engines and drag racing.

Very easy location to access. Parking is minimal on site but they offer an off site location as well.
The linens are over dried and have a terrible burnt smell. I couldn’t get to sleep because of the smell. The towels smell the same.

The staff was very nice. The pool, hot tub and gym were clean and well kept. However.....
I used to stay here for frequent business trips about ten years ago. This was my first stay since then. The hotel has not aged well. Torn curtains, closet doors missing, lamp shades cracked. The worst part was the smells. Everywhere you went, the horrible industrial disinfectant smell was overpowering. The pillows and beds smelled sweaty. The towels were dingy gray and stained.
This hotel desperately needs a makeover.
If you're staying in Pueblo, do yourself a favor and choose the Holiday Inn Express (located north side) or Hampton Inn (north or south side). Downtown is ok for a daytime visit, but once the sun goes down, there are quite a few sketchy characters roaming about.

I liked everything about this place.
Two things, one the lady working in the bistro, got my Starbucks order wrong, and had to redo it. She didn’t have a problem redoing it but it did upset her. Also, I had to wait two extra days for you guys to get the charges correct on my credit card kind of a nerving that you charged me originally $580. I’m just glad it was fixed.

The lobby bar is lovely and the location next to the River Walk is exceptional.
Our room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. This is supposed to be the nicest hotel in Pueblo and it was anything but. The bathroom had molded grout, and the white walk-in shower was stained dark and had grime. We didn’t dare shower.

Very close to the chili festival.
Guests in the room next to us were noisy throughout the night.

Easy to find
Not enough parking

Location was iffy. You were required to display a pass on the dashboard of your vehicle in a sketchy lot, only one open spot.
The room was second rate, something you would expect if you paid $100. Paying $300 I expected a lavish room, not Motel 6 quality. Staff whom greeted me was rude, not sure if it was color of my skin.

The ease of checking in. The gal that checked us in was SO helpful! She got an air mattress up to our room quickly, and gave great suggestions for food in the area. She was very friendly and helpful and I feel bad that I don’t remember her name to give her credit!

Very comfy and clean. The staff was great.
We had to park across the street, we didn't like that.

Location was fine. Staff very nice Liked king size bed
Many things in our room were worn, broken, missing etc. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Had to ask for toilet paper in the bathroom Toilet was broken. Had to take off the lid and turn the water dial to fill the tank to then flush the toilet. One bottle of lotion was the only bathroom amenity. Forgot q-tips, asked the front desk but they didn't have any. Expect a lot more from Marriott

The room was nice and clean.
We checked in the ac was not working I called the front desk they said they would send someone to check it out I told them we would be leaving the room and it was ok for them to go in while we were gone. 4 hours later (still have not used the room) we had an emergency and had to go back home so we checked out of our completely unused room. The front desk person said ok we’ll send you your receipt tomorrow. No discount nothing. We checked out at 7 pm.

Very well located to my dr office in Pueblo Colorado only a couple minutes away,
While prepping for a medical procedure I choose your hotel for quality and comfort. Unfortunately while prepping for this procedure (colonoscopy) I was sitting on the toilet and at 7:50 in the morning housekeeping barged in on me while I was on the toilet!
