Booking.com will never get my business again!

I want to be clear...Capri Inn had no fault in my feelings regarding this reservation. I am furious with booking.com. They booked me a room that was never available. The property couldnt even figure out how they did it!! We arrived late, with a small child only to end up in the parking lot struggling to contact customer service and finally had to pay more than twice our original fees for a room in another location. And now Im struggling AGAIN, trying to get reimbursed for their mistake. Why am I the one having to do all of this? They have access to both reservations and clearly were wrong. Give us our refund. Instead there are constant holdups, issues, waiting periods or customer service just hangs up before even speaking to me. I WILL NEVER BOOK THRU THEM AGAIN. I WILL LET ANYONE I KNOW OR WILL LISTEN TO NOT RISK THE HEADACHE EITHER!! Priceline has never done anything like this! I will go qith them now on!

Loved that the hotel was close to where our bulls were housed for the event and the breakfast was very good!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were not very soft.

Excellent, clean hotel. Will definitely stay again when in the area

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Normally when staying in a hotel, you hear doors closing at all hours of the night, but Capri was very quiet.

My daughter's room wasn't cleaned when she checked in and was given the key. When we opened the door, it obviously hadn't been cleaned yet. The staff at the front desk apologized and got her a room closer to ours so it all worked out.

Close proximity to our appointments, dog sitter and easy fir family to find us.

This stay was very satisfactory, no negatives.

Older property that is updated, very clean, good continental breakfast offerings, hotel staff was present and friendly. I was traveling with my dog, I had a great room location… and room was fresh… no ‘smells’ to weird out the pup!

We would stay there again if we could be guaranteed a better set of sheets/mattress pad.

I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and jelly. The bagel was delicious. Coffee and creamer was good. I prefer a liquid creamer. My husband had biscuits and gravy, coffee and orange juice. He said that was all good.

The sheets didn’t stay in well and the mattress pad wadded up under the sheets during the night. It was a flat mattress pad. Also, it took forever for the room to get cool. The first night we were there the room didn’t cool down to a comfortable temperature but by the next night after running the ac all day it was much better.

Great staff, clean, easy to get to.

Staff was marvelous! Loved having the elevator available for hauling luggage. It was a clean, comfortable room. Bed was not great, but that was the only negative I could say.

Comfortable and clean

The room was quite spacious (I had a king room) with plenty of room for a table & chairs, had a microwave and refrigerator, comfortable bed, not too far from the main area of town, large area for walking my dog.

I would prefer if the staff wore masks in these times.

It's alright, I suppose.

Courteous & helpful staff, ease of access to my room. Parking was easy in the main lot, and the hotel had easy access to the main highway that leads into town.

The room was a bit dingy and dated. It certainly didn't measure up to the image shown online of the room. The picture frame over the bed was damaged. The mini-refrigerator needs to be defrosted: the accumulated ice reduces its efficiency, so it would be a good idea to de-ice that fridge. The desk chair's upholstered seat was stained, and it ought to be cleaned or re-upholstered. The carpeting in the room showed several stains as well. While walking bare-footed, there were sticky spots in the carpet. The fan in the bathroom is awfully loud, but it can't be controlled, because the fan runs when you turn on the bathroom light. IT'S VERY LOUD! The room above mine wasn't very well sound-proofed, and I could hear heavy walking (thump-thump-thump). WiFi is available at the hotel, but it is unsecured/unencrypted. This means that it would be possible for a "bad" actor to intercept your messages and potentially access your device. If you are going to use the hotel's WiFi, be sure to use a VPN connection to protect yourself (which you'll have to purchase separately).

Excellent Value and friendly staff

This is the best value hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast biscuits and gravy are good.

There’s not much around the hotel, definitely have to drive to restaurants.

Our stay

Every front desk lady from Thursday afternoon to Friday evening were amazing!!

I was told a different price at check in (cheaper not much) then checking out was told I was charged wrong price at check in so I had to pay difference!! Also morning employee was was parked in no parking next to handicap parking and my mom had tough time getting in car due to the employees negligence

Not to bad stay.

I liked that it had microwave and refrigerated in the room. The room looked updated. I liked the breakfast.

The room has some paint missing/paint chips missing. The bed and pillows were not that great.
