a nice place to get a good rest

comfortable beds & pillows...we like being able to control fan and thermostat. I enjoyed having a bathtub to use.

I was in a car accident on the 29th of July. Was put in a hospital bed . Upon I had to pay for a room that they would not cancel. So how do you think I feel about this Motel. If my operation dose not go well I may not walk again

Hotel room was over filled with furniture.

It was close to the Washington county Fair

The room was so full of furniture that we could barely move around. It was annoying.

Absolutely NO amenities! Not even a coffee pot! And not even a cheap roll or a scrap of anything for breakfast. Usually have good luck with Baymont, but we won't be back to this one.

It was so unsafe/bad we couldn't stay.

The hotel was horrible, the front desk lady was disturbed by me asking if there was a pool or breakfast . Then when i asked if they had 2 extra pillows by chance and she was annoyed and responded after she paused. "If we have any extra ill send some up" . Then someone tried to open our door when we were in there. It wasnt a safe environment. People drinking outside the property getting drunk hanging around. The ice machine the front desk lady said was broke and we had to walk to the diner to get ice if we wanted. We packed and found a other hotel from how bad this was and not feeling safe at all with 2 children with us. The hotel up the road was $10 more and. So much cleaner and the staff was respectful and kind. They had breakfast and a pool, wonderful housekeeping and again so much cleaner. We felt very safe at the other one.

I will think VERY long and hard before I ever stay at another Baymont location.

It had a king-sized bed.

For a stay that cost $100+, it was quite surprising that this location offered NO complimentary breakfast. I was told that the diner located a few feet off the property was open around the clock. When I went there I was the only customer, and saw the ownership sign that it was owned by the motel. That's a handy rip-off. There were no drinking glasses in the room. There was no small coffee pot in the room for making coffee. No coffee available in the lobby. My bed had only a sheet and thin blanket for coverings/no bedspread. I woke up cold and turned on the heat, but felt it necessary to shut it down as the "burning smell" from the dust on the heater was something I feared might set off the smoke alarm.

Let me begin by saying we were put in room with no bathroom light. Went to front desk she replies maintenance would not be in till 4:00pm the next day. New room. Gathered all our luggage after a long drive and moved next door was already open. Shut door and key did not work. Another trip to front desk employee uses main key it worked told us to just give it a few minutes and card should work. No concern door was already open. Into 2nd room. Mold in bathroom just waiting to burst through the paint.. Blankets on bed I have not seen since the 70's at least. Refrigerator smelled like rotten fish. Found a half eaten ice cream bar in freezer. Now something new the microwave was on a piece of thick wood nailed up in the vanity area!! Watch your head when brushing your teeth! Cleanliness was okay except the fridge. Iron was missing, hair dryer was apparently ripped off the wall and stolen in the middle of the night. No breakfast- not that I'd eat here. No coffee they tell you to go to diner next door which is filthy! So there's my honest review:)

Avoid at all costs

This hotel is gross, not clean, and the staff was very unprofessional.

The first room that was given to us smelled like must and mold. Upon complaining about this, they moved us to another room. The second room had pee stains on the bed sheets and didn't appear to even be changed. After this we went to a different hotel.

We will never stay in a Wyndham Motel!!!

We liked the diner next door.

We checked in ( that person was very nice), went to the room, and started looking around. First I looked in the refrigerator and there was a sack in it, I looked and there was half eaten food. Yuck! Next found out there were not any plastic cups, and we booked the room for 3 people but there weren’t enough towels for 3. Then we couldn’t close the drain in the sink, handle was broken! So went to front desk to complain and get cups and towels. There was an older gentleman and a younger man and at least the younger man wrote down my complaint and got me cups and towels. Then they asked if we wanted to change room if they had one and I said no because we had been at lake all day and just wanted to shower. The next morning I saw a notice that explained if we wanted new towels to leave the used ones on the floor so assumed we would get fresh towels. That evening we went into room and it hadn’t been cleaned, towels were still on the floor, beds weren’t made! So went back to desk and was told we don’t do that until you leave, doesn’t matter how long you stay…and this was “the manager” speaking! Actually there was at least 4 or 5 just standing around behind the desk… what are they getting paid to do??? We have never stayed at any motel that didn’t clean daily! We have stayed at this motel at least 2 or 3 times and never had a problem!!! We even got coupons for free breakfast at Peggy’s diner.Oh, I forgot, I had to ask the manager again for towels…she was rude as could be😡 I think it should be posted just what you do get (or not) for money when you stay at motels! We paid $250 dollars for 2 nights, I think we should have gotten a discount!
