Bad Sleep Option - Never Again

It was a good room size for a king suite.

When I arrive police where in the lobby due to customer & payment issues. When I checked out the police was called due to customer & payment issues. There was splattered poop on the bathroom wall near the toilet, alot of mildew in the shower & the shower floor was dirty. Sofa bed had a thin pad, not mattress for a kid weigh less than 30 pounds. No sheets, pillows, or blankets where in the room for the sofa bed, had to call to receive...still had no blankets only 1 pillow. I have 2 kids. Overwhelming smell of anti freeze or something coming from the AC unit when it cuts on, you can also smell it in the hallway. A drug activities happening at the far end side door to the hotel. Did not feel safe. Breakfast was terrible, wet powdered eggs, no meat, stile slices of bread, no bagels. Pool was under construction...no pool. Thick plate glass at the front desk like you going to see someone in jail. "NEVER Again" will we spend our good hard earn money to sleep in a place like this again. The only reason I stayed because there was no hotel close by with vacant king room before the 4th of July 2024.This hotel looks good online, it looks good at night with the blue lights, but that's it. Nothing else.

This property was Horrible! When I pulled up at this Hotel, People were sitting on the ground in front of the door and smoking marijuana! Walked inside, there was a Bad Smell….like Mildew. This place may be used as a Shelter.

Has potential for better but was indeed a good place to stay.

The environment was very peaceful and relaxing. I typically do not go for ground floor rooms but I did enjoy where I was placed.

For my first two nights there, my room key kept disabling leaving me to request assistance in getting into my room. This error seems to stem from the staff at the front desk not knowing how long my stay was - surprisingly! It was a bother since i returned each day from a long day, exhausted and ready to lie down.

Place to sleep next to the NJTP

The location so near the NJTP it was so easy to get on and off. I also liked that there were two restaurant facilities close.

The facility, overall, needs an update. I really didn't care for the kiosk check in. But I could tell it was short staffed. The room was nice looking if you didn't look too close. The mattress was very hard. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom but I had towels to sop up the mess. The shower regulator was out in wrong and it took me a while to figure out the cold was actually the hot. The breakfast was ok but not a lot of selection as "the order hadn't come in" announced by the staff. Which I didn't mind, but they proceeded to sit around and gripe about it. You could tell they weren't happy employees.

It was my worst stay in a Best Western Hotel. I am a Platinum member.

Breakfast was bad not many option to chose. Location was okay.

The service of the staff was bad they were not available. The cleanliness was bad. They were requested to clean the room did not do anything. During the check out they said because of that they will waive one day of the price but have not seen that in my card yet. I am also a Platinum member.

The hotel offers a good value in a pinch, comfortable beds and good rooms for the price.

The location was great and the room was comfortable and a good value.

The bathroom was not fully cleaned nor fully stocked with towels and wash cloths. The breakfast also lacked variety and the area was dark and drab. The hallways of the hotel also smelled like a street festival with too many varieties of food.

Did not like room this time around. The door and wall looked beat up. In the bathroom, small little towel instead of large bath towel for getting out of shower. I requested room be cleaned within appropriate time period. It was not. I to put in a second request. Also desk chair was missing.

Disappointed overall and I'm not a picky person.

The breakfast was great.

There was only one wash cloth in each room and when we asked for more we were told they didn't have more than one for each room. That's kinda disgusting using the same wash cloth as 3 other people. Also we ordered to have our room in close proxandnone was downtown the very end... the other was on the 2nd floor on the other end of the building. A huge problem was the TV didn't work in our room nor did the remote work in the other. It's actually quite unsafe to have no person watchthe building. I was really excited to stay but the experience was unsatisfactory. Which is unfortunate because I had canceled my booking with another hotel in the same area that was less expensive than best western because I thought it would be worth the extra money and it just wasn't. .

Do not recommend.

I didn’t like much. They had Netflix. Which is good because it was hard to sleep on that brick of a mattress. there was some entertainment.

They mattress was vey uncomfortable. It felt like a brick. one of the towels in the bathroom had a thick curly hair on it. The tub was dirty. My girlfriend told me she’s not taking a shower in that. I wholeheartedly agreed. The worst experience we’ve had. So bad I’m already thinking of how to make it up to her. I wish I took pictures to show how bad the room was.
