Once they got the rooms figured out it was very pleasant the pool was great.

THe breakfast was good but why egg whites? just do some scrambled eggs good grief.

The front desk had a major mix up and gave another guest the same room as us. They literally unlocked the door and were coming in while my woman and I were already settled in the room. Shocking!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff were the best.

Spacious. Received room near elevator - as requested. When we had TV issues, excellent front desk staff came up and quickly cleared the problem.

spring break

front desk staff showed extra effort trying to help and accommodate us. had a shuttle but only to and from airport. has nice laundry facilities. very clean, comfy beds and rooms. had a nice safe bench for smokers in front of hotel. they let us have late check out with no problem.

the hot tub broke the first day we got there and was broke the entire stay. I wish their shuttle took guests other places than just the airport. breakfast was good some of the days but some days it was not so good. I have had way better breakfasts at other Hampton inns all over the US , including the one in Anchorage.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The shower head was awful, it sprayed me and soaked the floor. I also had a room next to the elevator which was loud.

The pool

I found cereal and a wrist band by my bed and told Colleen and she said oh I will throw this away I said I am going to assume the room wasn't vacuumed She didn't say anything after that. Just blew me off and catered her attention to another guest I'm guessing the hotel isn't friendly to certain guests Only ones they pick and choose.

The bed was very comfortable the price was budget friendly, but I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Bed was comfortable room was ok and clean when we got there. 24 hours hot coffee and tea for no extra charge. Breakfast was good and the lady in the lunch room was very nice. They have a shuttle bus that took us from and to the airport even though it was late at night.

We stayed for a week and they didn’t clean the room at all nor they gave us fresh towels or take out the trash so every day we took the trash bag with us and just threw it in the garbage front of the hotel. Although on the 5th day we tracked down the cleaning person and he gave us clean towels. The first night the front desk called us about a noise complaint, we’re already asleep. The pool area was out of order for the entire week which was pretty annoying because we had kids in our group and booked this hotel because of the pool. The staff was less than helpful and rather rude, with one exception.

The overall stay was great! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, kids loved it!!

Breakfast was good, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruits, juices, omletes, and sausages. I loved the fact that checkout time was 12pm. The kids had enough time to go for a few hour swim in the morning and have breakfast beforw checkout.

Cleaner pool area, it waz a bit too wet everwhere at the pool area with dirt and small garbage.

I’m not sure why Hotels in general put the toilet paper holder behind you making it difficult to reach Or nearly impossible.

Overly expensive hotel room that was in a serious need of an updating/refreshing.

Was dreck......one of the worst breakfast bars I've ever experienced for a larger hotel chain. McDonald's would have been better.

Staffing seems to be a problem with this location...need staff in all areas and perhaps new management.

Property was clean and well maintained. Airport shuttle was prompt, driver was friendly and the van was clean. Good location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

The micro-size plastic ware was quit funny. Did not know they made forks this small.

The cost of the rooms. I hate having to travel to Fairbanks in the summer. Everything costs double.
