Overall satisfied with the stay, and would be happy to use again.

Very convenient location. Airport shuttle service.

No breakfast facilities - Nearby breakfast cafe options are limited by walking distance and opening times. Minor issue was we had a room for 3 people, but towels etc only provided for 2 but obtained after request

beds were super comfortable, centrally located and we were on the top floor so the view was awesome and no walking feet above u in the middle of the night

Great location if you want to be in town.

The staff here is excellent! Some of the best customer service I have ever received in Fairbanks and I have been here many times and stayed in most of the hotels. Room is small but super clean and cozy w a nice view of the river and mountains.

I wish the rooms were sound proofed a bit better. You can hear everything. Drunk people stumbling in between 2 and 3 AM was annoying. Just happened one Saturday night after a big Holiday event in town. Not a deal breaker for me. Customer service made up for it.

Disappointing

I never found the thermostat, the room was cold, approximately 63 or 64 degrees F. at BEST. I checked EVERY wall for a thermostat with no luck nor was there one on the baseboard heater, didn't find a blanket. I folded the bedding to double the thickness, put on my socks, and used a bath towel as a cover for my shoulders. I rather enjoy a cool room for sleeping but this was cold. I say that as an Alaskan for 40 years. I did not request a blanket since I thought it would get better, no joy.

good location and many restaurants around here . Nice coffee and tea in the lobby. Free parking.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful

No breakfast

Hope at the front desk said I won't be able to stay in the hotel if I have several visitors in front of my son. I will be asked to leave for several visitors. She made this judgment based upon my last name. Which is Discrimination.

Very nice and welcoming!!

I was travelling for business and needed a facility that included a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. I checked the yelp reviews and The Bridgewater Hotel and they were all good. The staff was all very nice and helpful. From when I landed and called for shuttle service the staff was very kind and informative. Once the driver arrived he was very nice and gave information about good places to get meals near where I was staying. I would highly recommend staying at The Bridgewater.
