Location was great. Right on the beach. Short drive to the eastern cape cities. Roof very spacious for a traveling couple.
No complaints here.

The property was at a great location by the beach.
the outside pool near our room was dirty and it smelled like sewer.

The location was perfect- right across the street from the beach. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the dishes and cleaning supplies provided as well. We had a picnic table and some chairs out in the back.
The online pictures were a bit misleading. Every room shows a full-size refrigerator, but we only had a mini fridge. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to know this before we had stopped at the grocery store on our way to checking in. Additionally, the walls are very thin. Our kitchen cabinets were peeling, but that didn't affect our lives in any way. ;)

I absolutely loved staying here. I went on a solo getaway in November and couldn’t of had a better time. It was right on a stunning beach with great sunsets. I loved having a pool and hot tub to use even though it was cold out and the fire fit was very fun.

location was great for the price, very comfortable,
the spiral staircase was interesting to navigate when getting up in the middle of the night though!
no water pressure in shower, went from hot to cold, no in between!

I felt a little duped it looks like you were going to be on the water in every room and we were across the street. And the room wasn't well put together there's gaps jn the flooring

love that it is on the ocean with a private beach. love the layout of the property with a central lawn area at the main building where kids can play. loved the coffee machine in the lobby. loved that there was ample parking. the staff were all very nice, friendly and accommodating.
parts of the resort seemed run down and needing attention. the building we stayed in was clearly an older cape cod motel building that had been renovated. the bathroom was tiny. you had to shut the door before sitting on the toilet bc there was not enough clearance to shut the door afterward. it was uncomfortably small - I had to exit the bathroom and dry myself in the hallway after showering. parts of the molding that separated the “kitchen” floor from the main flooring had little nail heads sticking out and really HURT when I unknowingly stepped on it. the jacuzzi in the room was really just a big tub bc the jacuzzi jets didn’t work. to access our room we had to climb a very steep outdoor staircase so getting in with luggage was tough.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice sitting area, etc. Pleasant view out the back.
The people above me were loud. I was unclear why at first but I think it was children running across the room, followed by adults. It occurred again and again, from early afternoon into the evening. I tried to ignore it.

Our recent stay was clean quiet and spacious. We are frequently traveling to Dennis throughout the calendar year. This was our first time staying here and I won’t be checking in anywhere else but here anymore. Thank you for accommodating us. This is definitely a resort I will be recommending to other friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
