During the check in process the desk person seemed annoyed I was there!

Pool and beach area very nice

There was a strong sewer smell every morning in the unit? I complained last year about the same thing. Nobody even responded to me? Fix the problem!

Very good

Nice hotel in good location in heart of Cape Cod. Many beaches easily reachable by car. Spacious, well equipped room.

They wanted to give us the worst room of the hotel first, and I had to complain a better one. Beds are not very comfortable. Cleaning is lacking in places. No sound insulation from the parking lot.

Good

The location was beautiful. Our room looked out over the dunes and ocean. We could soak in the spa with a view of the ocean.

They couldn't find the reservation because it was filed under my first name instead of last name. They made us switch rooms for the third night of our stay which was a pain. Keep saying they were a timeshare not a hotel. I have no idea what that means. But they were friendly about it.

Lovely apartment, big enough for a small family with beautiful view of the sea. Recommend.

I liked the location next to the beach, the view from our apartment and the facilities of swimming pool both outdoor and indoor and small putting green.

It wasn't super clean.

Great place for a family vaca! so relaxing

The rooms were so clean and beautiful. The beds were so comfy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be going back. The rooms were so so clean.

Poor and unresponsive personnel even after I left message after the fact.

Room temp too warm. Called to have someone come to adjust. No one responded. Also room directly above moved furniture at night for hours and very early in morn it sounded like they were pulling carpet up…they had some tool doing something.

Exceptional

I was greeted warmly. I was amazed at the size of the room. I was more like a small apt. Bedroom size was spacious. With a TV. Lots of plugs everywhere for charging. The kitchen had a two burner stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The eating and sitting area was good size. There was a TV and a timed fireplace. The bathroom was spacious and the shower included hand rails and a seat. There was an outdoor patio area where you could eat or just sit. The beach was a walk away.

There was torrential downpour, & the skylight leaked. It was an unusual storm so we really wouldn’t complain.

Nice, clean, peaceful stay

Water front, Central green area with picknic tables around it and a shared propanegrille every other table. Very clean. Switchedout towels mid stay with no extra charge. Good amount of parking. Handicap access to private beach. Indoor and outdoor pools looked in good shape and I saw staff cleaning and checking it 2-3x oer day. Stairs to 2nd floor are not steep and have rails. Everyone gets a furnished patio with hooks to hang wet items. Suites have 2 tv’s: one in sitting/dining area and 1 in bedroom & bathrooms had double sinks.

A great 2 day get away at cape cod

They went out of the way ro make me comfortable and my room was great. The staff was exceptionally accommadating

The Edgewater is always our first choice when staying in the area.

Always love the location! Very cold this visit though. :)

The bedroom needed some insulation around doors and windows. Very drafty but it was extremely cold and windy when we were there. I did mention it to the front desk so they are aware.

Very nice.

We were very pleased that the staff was friendlier and more helpful this year.

There where some who were still short and rude. I wish I could remember names, however I am sure you know who the are. There needs to be more chaise lounghes on the beach along with umbrellas.

Pleasant

The Booking promo said last room, studio with water view. I was put in a regular room across the street, no view, and there was one two other rooms occupied out of eight. Broken glass under chair. Thought at $140 a night this time of year I would get what the listing said.
