Wonderful hotel I would highly recommend

The grounds are wonderful and great for our dog walks. Safe at night with lighting. Staff was very nice. Breakfast good too. Hotel was clean and room was perfect for us.

Bed mattress. Bed mattress seemed old and springy and not very comfortable

There were enough things I like to probably stay again.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast bar and happy hour were excellent. Check in and out was easy. The property is beautiful.

We had to pay additional fee to park. I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub and there was one in the picture, but when we went down it was only a pool and we saw a cockroach walking around by the pool, yuck!

It was so clean and always comfortable!

We come on spring break (me and my three children) to use the pool. It’s always a bit dirty out there. That’s my only complaint! Of course the kids don’t mind and it wasn’t enough for me to leave!

The staff and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

The staff were amazing and extremely attentive. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the omelette station. The evening happy hour was a nice addition to our stay as well. While the property is dated it was very clean and well maintained. The lock on our door needed to be replaced on the second day and the maintenance worker came right away, it was fixed quickly. The front desk staff (Isabella) checked in daily via text message simply to check on our stay. This was a great way to communicate any questions or concerns. Isabella was wonderful and always kind and helpful!

My kids mentioned that the pool was salty tasting, and burned their eyes. Not sure if that’s normal or if the chemicals were off but it did prevent them from spending more time there.

Wonderful location and staff!

The room and location were nice. The staff was outstanding!

I think this just comes with the territory and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, there were several baseball and softball teams staying in the hotel so it was very noisy. We did have one issue with some loud people next to us at night after 10p. It was difficult to sleep. Again, that couldn’t be helped and wasn’t the hotel’s fault but was frustrating for us.

Size of the room was large and comfortable for my family of 4

Restaurant and Bar closed at 7pm. Open during manager’s reception. It’s usually open. Not sure what was going on. We stay here often

Definitely would stay again & again!!

Very clean, room are huge! Breakfast was amazing with so many options. They keep is stocked constantly. We came for a basketball tournament & the place was packed out. But never ran out of food for breakfast. Nice little Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby. All the staff was super friendly.

I love how the rooms are set up with a door between living room and bedroom plus an extra sink. Very spacious and comfortable

I loved everything from the greeting to the rooms the breakfast was excellent and the bar was great love the snacks while you drink. The kids love the pool so glad it was in doors 🥰🥰🥰🥰

It was okay!

There were not alot of breakfast options to choose from.

The hotel room was hot and smelled muggy. We had to get a fan from housekeeping because the suite was hot. We found out that the thermastat was sensored so it turned off if no one was in the room. It took forever to cool the suite.

They need to do some work on their facilities. Carpet in places was worn and loose.

Good location for us and the staff was friendly and professional.

The parking for disabled was inadequate and the $10.00 dollar a day fee for someone disabled is a bad joke. They need to correct this.

Perfect place to call home for a night.

The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is great, we were checked on several times by text and had items we requested brought to us quickly.

Our stay was great. Love having the living room space as well as having a wonderful breakfast.

Spacious and clean rooms!!!!Highly recommend staying here!!

Everything was great except for 2 times kids set off the fire alarms. Not motels fault, but definatly a distraction.

Great except for not having towels the morning of our 2nd day

It was very clean and an Amazon facility and food for breakfast

I called the front desk 3 times for towels that I never got finally I was able to run down one of the housekeepers to get some about 6 hours later.
