Below my expectations.

Ok breakfast!

I paid everything in advance (including taxes) and the hotel charged an extra (I didn't have any consumption). I just slept for one night. When I asked the reason for this extra charge, the front desk person asked me to call Booking.com. Lack of transparency!!!

Great staff, clean rooms, nice pool area, and what a great breakfast in the morning! I would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Not what I expected !! REALLY NEED UPGRADES

NOTHING!!!

There was no blankets the room had a odd smell the bed wasn’t made correctly the bathroom really needs upgrade matter of fact the whole room need a face lift o had to open the windows to let fresh air in. There was a roach in the elevator . You need to call pest control. In the winter you need to provide blankets for the cold!

The breakfast although not always to my liking was varied and pleasantly served. Of particular not was the breakfast attendant, she was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

It is probably just my tastes, but the breakfast of grits and biscuits was not very appealing.

I had a late flight and when I made it to the place the lady that worked that night was so amazing she was so sweet she was so nice and I am 21 years old and I felt so safe

the breakfast was great. good variety. and the distance wasnt so far from busch gardens.

the sofa bed could've been bigger. only one person fits, its definitely not made for two people and the mattress on the sofa bed was super dirty.

our stay was pleasant and the staff went above and beyond and were very friendly.

that is was very close to our conference event. it was clean and neat.

you couldn’t adjust the air in the rooms. the temps were set by the hotel and rooms got muggy. Also the hallways were warm and muggy.

This was my second stay in this hotel. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Location. Near the interstate. Near area attractions. Near restaurants. Size of room. Location of room.

Breakfast. Not enough choices/variety in the food items. Drinks in juice machine turned into water and were not replenished. The area to gather your food items is too small for a number of guests to work around each other while gathering their food items. I did not feel welcomed or valued by the staff from check-in to check-out. I stayed in a large two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. One of the showers dripped continuously and the toilet in the same bathroom was hard to flush. The dishes were left in the dish washer by staff after washing them and not returned back to their proper places between guests. The is an older hotel and needs some repairs and upkeep in the rooms and bathrooms. Did not trust the cleanliness of this hotel.

we will most likely not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

the staff was very friendly.

the shower was extremely hard to turn on and off, the carpet was wet and musty smelling, there was not enough linens and towels for the amount of guests staying in the room, and the staff refused to bring up the proper amount of towels, blankets, pillows, etc.

We like the breakfast.

We didn't like the rooms, the lack of cleaness, there were some cables under the AC that were showing, also it didn't seem neat.

Amazing stay, with very nice staff!

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The hotel was super clean, you could smell the cleanliness of it! There’s also complimentary dinner on Monday-Wednesday which was a bonus!

The hotel is older, and the pool was chilly. But it has been updated and was very clean.

it was ok but not worth what we paid for it

The location was ideal for us.

The room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom shower was not working properly and was dirty. The faucet was continuously going as it wouldn’t close completely.

I love the location and set up of the room as well as the staff that was very willing to provide anything request I made

I love the bedroom separate from the living area and the fact that it had a kitchen. Also loved the location and how it was tucked back in the trees.

The adjoining room next to me was where I could here their tv, their conversation. Also you could tell there no one had vacuumed the room or at least the living room area because there were crumbs from prior to us being there in the floor.

Decent accommodations and appropriate for my stay. No wow factor though.

Good size room, loved having kitchenette, and living area in addition to bed

Dated decor, bathroom could use a big upgrade to fixtures and tub (enamel wearing off and leaky faucet in tub), and either a small nightlight in the vanity area or doors that close to the bed area would be helpful. Hard to use toilet at night and not wake others in the room.
