Best manager!
While the rooms may not be fancy, the manager, Augustine Shadab, could not have been better. When my rental car key fob battery died and I could not get the car doors open or the key fob, he found a video, opened it for me and not finding the skinny emergency key drove me to Walgreens found the right battery, and put it in saving my day!

Passable
booked the room with queen beds, they were only full size. Talk to the front desk, they said they only had full size beds. This may be a problem on your site about the bed size.

Very good
We hadn't realized it before we arrived, but the village of Highland Falls had been hammered by floods three weeks before our stay. Folks were well into fixing up the town. We had a great time walking around talking to people about what had happened, and were glad we could support the local economy. The village of Cornwall and Stormking State Park were both nearby and great places to visit as well.

It was an ok stay last minute but would probably not go back because I feel it was over priced.
I liked that it was close to West Point
The crumbling parking lot. The lock stuck in the door every time. The bed was not that comfy.

The hotel was the worst I have ever experienced.
Not one thing. Dirty, smelly, disgusting and overpriced. Avoid at all costs. Booking.com also ducks. Poor communication.
We didn’t like a thing about this hotel. It was disgusting and overpriced.

It was uncomfortable and gross. I would never stay at or recommend that place.

It was really gross. Everything sticky and heavily worn. Smells like a wet shoe. For real.
