Hotel was clean and had a better presentation than I expected.
Front office staff (the one I saw), never smiled, sighed several times during entry registration. In general was not welcoming in any way shape or form. Almost scary how she stared right thru you.
3.3
Clean towels and bedding. Working water.
Doors to access rooms were not locked and or propped open. AC was not turned on and room was extremely hot. Had a nonsmoking room but could smell cigarettes from neighbors. Could see ladies of the night working the street corners after we checked in and tried to go to the gas station next door.
3.3
The room has a musty smell.

The staff was nice and convenient location.
The outside doors to the building were not locked, anyone could access the building. Others that stayed there had someone open there room. Didn't feel safe.
3.3
Nothing
The room smelled like mildew, mold behind the carpet, water stained ceiling tiles. We had to move rooms at 330am because the ceiling was leaking water on the bed. Air conditioner was not on when we arrived and not on in the room we moved to at 330am. Breakfast was poor, bagel was hard on one side and soggy on the other. Several men walking the hallways and starring at my children. Saw a man walking in the hallway with a bloody shirt on.. Doors to the building propped open by rocks and not closed and locked for key access. We didn't stay the second night due to health and safety concerns.

Location for the events we attended was good
At 4 am we woke up to major leak in the bathroom ceiling that flooded the floor. Then it extended into the entryway ceiling of the room and even outside the room in the hallway ceiling. The desk clerk offered a new room but at that point we wanted to be on our way. My friend almost fell on the slick floor and since the leak was very close to electrical we were worried about a fire hazard. The manager called 2 days later and offered a very small compensation.

The jacuzzi was broken . The lady working basically said we were lying. Then switched our room and she was creeping by our door came in our room when we were outside smoking a cigarette and turned the damn heat on and we had the air on when we went out. She was just down right rude and creepy

Um……I’ve got nothing
The smell, the cleanliness, the fact I waited in the lobby for over 15 mins waiting for someone to come to the counter. No sorry for the wait or anything just asked for my name. We were passing through on a relocation to another state, had I known the condition of the hotel we would not have stayed there, but seeing I couldn’t get a refund I had no choice. The breakfast was also horrible. The milk was empty, the muffins tasted funny, and the sausage was empty as well. The lady brought more out but they were almost frozen cold. Next time I’ll pass.

Nice location

The beds were nice. We were so tired from traveling, we just wanted a clean room, eat, and go to bed. Adequate and nice accommodations.

I reserved a smoking room and paid in advance but when I arrived for check in there was no smoking rooms available

Breakfast was satisfactory. There was a big event in town and the room was full. Fortunately the lobby had several easy chairs for the overflow.
THe only item that needed addressing was the outside door lock toward the west parking lot was inoperative.

The hotel is in a pretty nice neighborhood. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful, prompt and kind.
The price was a little high.

Staff were very friendly, everything was very clean or recently repainted. Security cameras everywhere.
We ate breakfast in the middle of serving hours. Gravy for biscuits and gravy was cold. Waffle batter tasted sour, yogurts were past date.
Though this hotel is being updated, cracks in the plaster of the ceilings and walls were visible.

location
We found cockroaches in the hair dryer and room.

breakfast.... at 8:00am only 2 cold biscuits left, no eggs, very little gravy. tried to make waffles the mix splattered into cup and on my hand, they were thin and tasted disgusting. Orange juice was empty

The staff was welcoming and helpful. It took us no time to check-in. The wifi connection was amazing and the location was great. The wedding venue was just 5 minutes away which gave me plenty of preparation time.
The air conditioning was not working properly. This made our stay a little uncomfortable on high-temperature days.
3.3
Location was convenient for our travel. Quiet and away from major highway. Didn’t try the breakfast as wife has some food allergies and is quite sensitive about what she eats
Areas in the building were being painted and renovated. The closest door to our room was not available for use. Also, several of the exterior doors were not secured at night making us a bit uncomfortable about security. We experienced no issues but we were a bit unhappy about the situation

Nothing
The hotel was dirty. I was sent to a room that was under construction. We could not even get down the hallway to get to the room. We requested a new room. When arrive into the new room, the a/c was not running and when turned on didn’t cool. The sheets where dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom. I requested a refund as we were not comfortable staying there. I have never received a call from the hotel regarding the refund.

Good space was in the room.

Definitely won't stay here again. Old musty smell, not very clean, sketchy neighborhood. I wasn't impressed. Not worth the price I paid.
