Great Stay at Bay View!

We had a great stay at Bay View!! We love staying there and always enjoy our stay. We love the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Checking in is always easy and we enjoy the hotel facilities.

Always a great time staying at Bay View

I love how clean the resort is, the staff is so pleasant and comforting and will do anything to accommodate my stay. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and vow to always return. Definitely my go to spot for when we come to Myrtle Beach. Love this facility

This is my preferred resort everytime I visit Myrtle Beach!!

Very clean, easy beach and boardwalk access, very polite staff

The elevator in the parking garage got stuck twice so it needs a good service.

Worst hotel stay I have had in a long time. I won’t stay here again, or recommend it to my friends or family.

The location of the hotel was fine. The ocean front balcony was very nice. I enjoyed sitting on it, watching the beach goers.

The carpet was old and damp from water moisture, and smelled like mildew. The AC wasn’t working, and the room was hot as hell. The moisture from the Ocean, kept the bathroom floor wet all the time. I had to keep towels on the floor, to walk on. The ceiling had mold, that was painted over. The microwave and refrigerator were old, and the refrigerator froze my salads and bottled water. The room was unacceptable. I couldn’t wait to check out.

The property needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. For the price, it shouldn’t be old and dusty. Desperately needs to be updated and cleaned. Needs new cleaning staff

We appreciated how the staff treated us and loved the location of the property!

The staff treated us as if we were valued! Property was conveniently located for eating, shopping, or within walking distance.

The fixtures and furnishings were dated, the refrigerator in our room would make a loud noise as if the compressor may be going out. My husband unplugged it so we would not have to deal with it while we tried to sleep.

Our stay was to kick off the summer vacation, school was about to let out.

The lazy river and pool for the kids.

That the A/C wasn’t working properly and was told by the staff that we have to put the heat on to warm up the room when it’s cold. No one wanted to check either.

Our stay was ok. Didn’t like that my neighbors were smoking and it was very loud, but that’s no fault of the hotel.

The heated pools and staff were great!

The cleanliness was subpar, although the pools felt great you could literally see the dirt floating around in the foam.

It’s a good property overall the restroom and sheets wasn’t clean as should’ve been .

Location

Manager was rude, not room I booked, water never got hot in room, room dusty and dirty. Room was never cleaned. Elevators moved like they were on there last leg, one wasn’t even in service.

Other than the towel situation, my stay there was as expected. Good.

Our ocean front room was as expected. Liked the spacious balcony the most!

Called front desk and asked for more bath towels. He told me to catch the towel service person. I missed her by a minute! She disappeared into the elevator. Saw the cleaning lady and asked her to relate message. Never received towels. Had to go “steal” some pool towels the use the rest of my stay. Pool towels were rough but did the job.

The beds slept okay but the issue with the shower and toilet was unsanitarythe

Hotel had no Hot water to shower with that night and to keep checking. Drove far to mot have a shower at the beach. Had to report Refrigerator was leaking. maintenance could not stop the leak. He used towels to hold leak until could be fixed. Toilet nited leaking as well. Front desk stated a plumbing problem all night and would return portion of money to booking and booking would compensate me. No shower could have been better!! Thanks again.

the hotel itself was nice, the pools were nice, just the surrounding areas were creepy and reminded me of the slums.

I liked the location, however, it was very hectic lol
