It was the perfect vacation

The property was very nice and clean exactly like in the pictures. It had a good little pool that my family enjoyed very much. It was also a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk my family and I enjoyed our stay very much and will likely return here.

great location and the room was pretty clean. super easy check in and out.

the water comes out piping hot unless you turn it towards cold, which is better than only having cold water anyway. the sink took a while to drain so you need to wait a few minutes in between using, but that wasn’t a big deal.

We had a good stay

I was very happy with our stay at anchor motel. It's located about 1.5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk and it's directly next door to the police station, needless to say it was nice and quiet . It's definitely not a party motel which we were completely happy about. All in all it was a really nice stay. Rooms were your average small motel room and they were clean.

Very basic, but had everything we needed (fridge, beds, shower). The pool was nice! The location was great—close to the beach and boardwalk.

I found the bed a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows a bit flat. The towels weren't great either, but that's the experience I've had at other motels as well.

This is a typical small beach town hotel. It was clean and the beds were new and quite comfortable.

5 minutes to the beach with off street parking. Very safe next to police station. Small but clean pool.

Towels are small. But, they provided extras by request.

Awful value considering the poor quality of this motel and staff treatment towards customers.

Good Location

We were told to be quiet for simply walking around and talking in our room. Owner said his family was living in the room below us and to the left of us. We were told that if he gets a noise complaint that we will be immediately evicted with no warning. Later on my two friends were simply walking around the room and he came up to the room and told them to be quiet. We then left the room and stayed at the beach all night until sunrise because we were scared to be in the room. Pretty bad when you can’t even walk around your room or talk to your friends without being threatened with eviction. We payed $303 for this experience, keep in mind. Awful stay. Won’t be returning.

It sucked.

This motel is located in a tourist trap location suited for travelers wishing to experience the raucous alien bar scene in Star Wars. We also liked the short walk from the bed to the toilet in our room that was the size of a walk in closet

This property was extremely close to everything Seaside Heights has to offer. The boardwalk and beach were definitely within walking distance. The whole hotel was extremely clean and the staff was more than accommodating on all levels. I was extremely pleased with the Anchor Motel overall.
