Not value this money!!!!!

So dirty and smell soooo bad, old furniture. No bed sheets for sofa, but it’s ok we even don’t want use it!

We will be back for sure, but maybe some of your staff shouldn’t……

My boyfriend and I decided to extend our weekend in Seaside and since we were very unhappy with the first hotel we stayed at we decided to find somewhere else to stay… This hotel was where we stayed for our second night and we left very very pleased! We loved the spacious room with amenities like a couch, kitchenette, and table for such a great price!! It was very clean looking and smelling, haha! Also the location is perfect!

The first thing that was kind of strange was when we were checking in we went into the office and a woman who looked like she just woke up, was sitting on a bed in the other room. She didn’t even get up or apologize for that being our first impression of the establishment. She just sat on the bed in the other room and told us we were too early to check in and to come back an hour later . Also, the staff fought amongst each other, we heard the woman screaming when walking past the office on our way back to our room…. This won’t deter us from staying at this facility again it was just very strange.

this stay was the worst. had to deal with bunch of teenagers screaming all night long being drunk and property managers

I was unfamiliar with this Motel. It was on for a weekend stay but wouldn’t stay longer.

It was clean, location was good.

Very overpriced especially for the off season. Rooms need to be a little bit updated.

Peaceful and relaxing room

Me and my wife stayed in the king bed jacuzzi room and it was one of the most beautifully designed rooms we have ever stayed in. It gave off relaxing and calming vibes. Everything was clean and was quiet. We also stayed in the middle of September so it may not be as quiet during the season. It's also one block from the boardwalk which was excellent

There was nothing about that room that me and the wife did not like and will be returning to that specific room in the future.

Comfortable, affordable, clean…will return next year

centrally located, clean, appears recently renovated (fresh paint, new fixtures, decking). A/C units work well although some were loud.

Our unit had a broken shower head, felt like taking a shower with a hose. It’s an easy fix, I hope they invest a little more in their property.

Needed a good room to stay in after an all day concert and it fit the bill.

Check in was at 2. Location was great and free parking. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean too. King bed had extra pillows.

TV was weird, rather have regular cable. No soap, body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in bathroom. Window blinds didn't keep out the bright light of the motel sign. Air conditioner just worked okay at best.

Could Be Better

This was my 2nd year staying at this motel and I absolutely love how close it was to the boardwalk! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that works there. Very happy that they took my request into consideration when I requested 1st floor. Tried 3rd last time and it was just too much for me to carry so that luggage up and down.

This year was much different than last. Last year I had no complaints. This year there are a few. The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned properly - there was a towel on the ground, a half empty bottle of shampoo/conditioner, and hair in the tub. The gentleman in the office apologized and even got fresh towels just in case. The housekeeper was a little on the rude side when it was pointed out to her. One of the beds was VERY squeaky and made it hard to sleep. I guess just like with everything else in life, you'll have good visits and bad visits at places. I'll still be going back next beach trip.

For the price it was run down the stove was dirty the walls in the shower were water stained on ceiling the wall were paper thin you can hear all the cars passing thru the night. I should get a rebate for 241.00 dollars for 2 nights of season was not a deal see what you can do for us

It was exactly what I needed. I plan to book again next year.

It was close to the boardwalk; air conditioning, cable/wifi availability; eagerness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I had a quiet, peaceful stay.

I could have used a coffee pot and microwave.

Lack of cleanliness .. floor was very dirty not just sandy Lack of towels and wash clothes —went to Rite Aide and bought some Asked for beach passes back if we had at end of stay but never offered them to us when we arrived . We paid to enter beach daily so ASK for passes
