A great place to stay

The hotel as the perfect location for us as we set out to ride the Katy Trail. The staff were so nice and very helpful.

Had a lovely stay! Will definitely stay here again if we come through St. Louis again.

The fellow running breakfast was very friendly. We loved the closeness to the cute shops nearby.

Lovely location, walking Historic St. Charles, and a good night’s rest.

Friendly greeting by staff, spacious rooms, hallways, parking, and bathrooms. Plenty of bacon.

Low quality of the breakfast, cold dry eggs, fruit tasted like it had been cut days ago.

The location was close to shopping and the Katy Trail. Folks at the desk were extremely nice.

We booked our reservation through Booking.com. We were quoted $392 or $196 ea for 2 rooms. We were given a confirmation code, but it did not have the quoted price on the confirmation. When we got to the hotel, the desk folks said that the quoted price was not their price. Our rate was $216/room. This feels like bait and switch. It seems fraudulent to have an agent of your hotel offer a price on the phone, then have no knowledge of it when we arrive at the hotel.

Comfortable, relaxing and convenient!!

An ideal location for a stay in St. Charles. Love that the property is right in the historic district and on the Katy Trail. Comfortable bedding and love the full breakfast included in the price.

The air is dry in the room and the windows can’t be opened.

Great location

The GM Jessica promised me 60000 bonus points however I received only 50000 pts. The reason she offered me the points because 1) the AC was making noise 2) the Internet was too slow 3) the staff wasn’t courteous

A comfortable and convenient stay!

Great location, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, parking lot. Enjoyed the full breakfast that was included with the room price.

Air in the room was dry, unable to open windows, unscented body products/toiletries.

Was a nice stay

The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was great.

We stayed in room 312, the refrigerator was broke and didn't work. The shower head barely put out water. Wish you had a hot tub and the pool was bigger.

Excellent property and staff and an affordable rate!

Love the location and the "homey" feeling of the facility. The parking garage is an added bonus as well. This was my second time staying there and the desk staff has always been great.

Great hotel, close to shops and Hollywood Casino

The location was close to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. There was plenty of covered parking and the garage was well lit, so I felt safe coming in late. Check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was complimentary and the attendant was kind and made sure everything was well stocked and fresh.

If anything, I would say the price was a little more than I expected but the hotel did provide everything I was looking for.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. King sized bed was firm and comfortable.

The bed pillows were awful—soft and shapeless—and made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was ok.

The hostess for breakfast during my stay excelled at her job. Her name is Beth. Beth was friendly and attentive to guests needs. Five Stars!!!!!

The first night was uncomfortably hot. We went to Walmart and bought 2 fans which help tremendously.

We were there for a baseball tournament one of our grandsons participated in.

We had a one bedroom suite. I loved the way it was laid out and the roominess of it. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were good solid doors and not the usual flimsy doors found in hotel rooms. Our granddaughter stayed with us unexpectedly and, again, there was plenty of room. We stayed in the St. Charles area having been told the baseball tournament we were there to attend was in O'Fallon, MO, it turned out that it was actually O'Fallon, IL. It was a 45 minute drive, but we were close to I70 and so was the tournament. Even though it was far, it was a pretty simple drive,

I always prefer an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help eliminate the steam when showering. Our room did not have this. This is really a minor detail considering how great the rest of the room was.

the air in the room did not work, stayed about 75 in the room until early morning which it got up to 80 degrees and was very uncomfortably hot. when turning the air down it never got below 75
