Hotel has changed a lot of the outdated furnishings and decore, but has much to do yet.
Upholstered chairs need cleaning or replacing, dressers, etc have many dings and scratches- tho it possibly could be repaired. Again, they have accomished a great deal, and the room was super clean! Adding a hot breakfast would be a great improvement!
Evening clerk was a pleasure to talk to.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the paint scheme and decor. Very pleased with the helpfulness of the desk manager. Little gift shop was a bonus!

c
it was clean, safe, and had a pool
outside light was blaring all night, uncomfortable bed, a bit dumpy although clean. I don’t need fancy but it took me back about 50 years!

The hotel was accommodating to my puppies. The room was clean, and staff were professional and courteous.
I wish I had been asked if I wanted a first or second floor room. However, I didn't ask about it either, and I should have if I wanted the bottom floor.

The staff were friendly and kind, and the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

The bed was a little firmer than I'm use to.

The ONLY hotel we have found in USA that actually understands disability. The bed was at the right height (unlike a $250 a night hotel by best western!) The staff were friendly and gave us a 10% discount for great local restaurant.
A slight rumbling of freight train during night. Needles is not a destination location but a stop en route.

Very nice place to stay. Front staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Good recommendation for dinner at the Wagon Wheel. Great pool area
Although I appreciated the goodies in the morning, they are not the most healthiest of foods.
4.5
Staff is very friendly and helpful for my check in and out. Room is clean and spacious even equiped with chairs, tables and a solo sofa. With the keycard a 10% discount could be obtained when dining at the nearby Wagon Wheel restaurant.
In the morning someone moved a trailer or cart over and over in the hallway, the noise was annoying.

The room I was in was a big size room plenty of space
the hot tub and sauna was closed and the bathroom in the room was small

Staff was very nice.

I’ve stayed here a few times and the front desk people are always very friendly. the rooms have big flat screen TVs and frig and microwave. it’s easy to access and I can carry my stuff right in the door to my room.
I got absolutely NO sleep. railroad workers basically “live” at the property and are coming and going all night. doors slamming, water running, air brakes, chatter, car lights. ALL NIGHT. I had driven 500 miles that day and was completely exhausted. ironically it was quieter when I checked out than it was at any other point in my stay. I asked the front desk it they could at least waive the $15 pet fee I had to pay for my bird in a cage and they would not even do that to help offset the miserable night. I’m writing this so I remember not to come back.

The host welcoming us was terrific and very helpful figuring everything out
The property is a bit worn out. The bed wasn't great, the heat lamp and bath gfi broken . It looks like there have been lots of uogrades....a few more needed to restore this property to very good/ excellent status.

Love the hot tub and sauna!
Could be cleaner.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were welcoming. Reasonable charges for dogs. We'd stay here again next time we're heading past that way.
2.5
The beds were comfy and we liked having the ground floor, because we have a senior dog, and a disabled dog.
The shower didn't work in room 117, so we had to take a bath. Also, the drain didn't work in the sink. Very disappointed.

Room was clean and quiet. Dogs were accepted. Bed was comfortable. Morning coffee in lobby - excellent.

Beautifully decorated, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, fresh coffee in lobby with small gift selection. A nice table with two chairs, as well as a comfortable side chair made it almost like home. We have been on a 4,000 mile car trip and this room was a nice surprise and probably my favorite of all the hotels we've stayed in so far. The front desk staff were very friendly as well. Gas stations and restaurants nearby and easy access to interstate.
The only negative I can think of is the ice machine was broken.

Martin the guy working at the reception made us feel welcome right away.
The beds are fine.
Location is very crowded, okay for one night but you’re stacked between highways.
Bathroom might need some renovation.

Convenient to highway
Very dirty room. We had to clean the bathroom before we used it. Carpet and bedding were very soiled. The entire room area smelled foul, like musty mold.
The walls, besides being soiled, were so thin we could hear all our neighbor’s tv’s and conversations

The room was nice and clean. No smoke smell in a non-smoking room like I've had at other places. Staff was nice and helpful with local recommendations. This is my goto place in the area, I think. I worked remotely and the internet was suitable.
2.5
it was clean.
The bed was terrible!!!! Our keys got erased.

Room was Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lovely iced water in reception on arrival!
A lot of early morning check outs meant no chance of sleep from 6am but that’s probably to be expected!
