Good night sleep comfortable room

They were very busy but all rooms clean and staff checking on everyone to make sure all is good

Great breakfast options, location was in a good quiet place, beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaning and spacious!

The pool was VERY slippery. It was hard to walk without slipping. While trying to get in i fell really hard, ended up having to go to the doctor and make sure baby was okay. As someone who is pregnant with small children i would appreciated some warning signs. I also noticed there were no cameras in the pool area, with no life guards i think that would’ve been a huge safety concern.

OK hotel in need of repairs and better housekeeping

Breakfast was good and enjoyable.

The housekeeping was poor. One day the bed was made up, but bathroom was not cleaned. The next day bathroom and bed not done. Pam at front desk was good and helpful. Many repairs needed in room. Construction ongoing right behind the hotel, so avoid rooms at the back. But it was the cheapest of the 3-4 star hotels.

Acceptable for brief stay on short notice.

Great breakfast and polite, friendly staff!

My TV in my room never worked: it powered on, but the screen only showed "No Signal". I informed that front desk of the issue and they said they would look into it, but the TV was never fixed. I was rather disappointed, as I was looking forward to enjoying HBO etc. during my stay.

TV didn't work when we got there, the toilet seat was VERY loose, Ice bucket hadn't been emptied from previous people, no drinking cups in bath, had to use the coffee cups..

Terrible

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for $350+. There was food rotten left in the fridge and our sheets were dirty and beds not even made.

when we arrived we didn’t have a room as there was and “issue” with the system when I placed my reservation and mind you already charged $400. then had to drive 3.5hrs home in a thunderstorm at 9:30 at night. the front desk lady wouldn’t allow us to stay in the open rooms due to them being a king suite and wanted to charge me double what I already had paid.

No hot water

I like that there was a pool and breakfast. I like that we were able to hang out in lobby and watch a football game and have drinks.

I didn't like not having hot water to shower with. The front staff said service was on it's way but I had to check out and spend the rest of the day without showering because they never showed. Very unpleasant.

I needed a place to stay and it was that.

The breakfast was always good, hot and a variety.

There was a lot of stains on the furniture, and floors and common areas were often sticky for several days at a time. Our room smelled like mustard the first few days. We asked for it to be cleaned on the third day and especially requested the shampoo and conditioner be refilled. It was not cleaned. We asked again the next day again asking for the shampoo and conditioner to be filled and it was cleaned but not filled. I finally stopped a maid and told her, that day there were two partial bottles put in our room. The ice machine was not always operating. The AC in the room was hard to get adjusted to a comfortable level.
