The building was beautiful however shower was very small
Amenities were not up to date. Shower clogged up and overflowed easily. The big step to get into the shower seem to be a fall risk for someone that may be older or not so steady on their feet as it very high above the sink/toilet.

not much other than it was down town which was where we planned to be by.
expensive, charged for parking and charged extra for a roll in bed. Above all the rates differed for Friday and Saturday, the rate was $50/- more for saturday. what a swindle.

It was beautiful and the courtyard was fantastic especially after dark when the string lights were on! The 8pm cookies were a delightful touch! The property was clean and smelled divine! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
No one told me I would need my key to get out of the gated parking lot when I checked out and turned my key in. People should be reminded of that, or come up with a way for people to get out of the gate without the key. Luckily someone let us out and I didn’t have to go all the way back in to get a key.

Very nice hotel. We stayed here our wedding night 12 years ago and it was just as nice this trip as it was then.
Probably the economy or post COVID stuff but it seems some of the past amenities have decreased over the years.

Literally nothing, this place is a mess.
The bathroom wasn't clean... dirty towel left in the shower and another hanging on the back of the door. Shower leaked massively and flooded the bathroom... the toilet is tiny, kid sized....really disappointing.. . Especially for the price paid.

Beautiful historic property, clean and charming!

There was no cleaning and changing of the bed sheets

Food at restaurant was reasonable
I was given a relatively poor room. Much smaller. Desk staff very difficult to communicate with. No access to any food past 10pm was not ideal either. Insisted on Valet when there are parks everywhere around this place.

clean and bright rooms
water was not complimentary
6.0 / 10.0
Location of hotel itself is decent, restaurant (and room service) and bar were well priced and clean.
Parking situation for those who do not wish to use valet is very poor. Only nearby street parking available has a 2 hour maximum. We ended up parking 3 blocks away in a public garage and just walking.

I liked the Location, I liked it’s antiquity, the staff were pleasant and attentive.
I was surprised that the products used for showering were empty.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful art deco design. Absolutely unbelievable location--within 3 blocks of everything we'd planned. Stunningly clean and comfortable bedding and bath. Really comfortable and charming bar-restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic in all ways: cooked perfectly, healthy (steel cut oats).
Don't use fragrance detergent or dryer products on sheets. Many of us are allergic. Water in shower was not hot enough.

excellent location and really neat historic building. it felt like a unique experience as opposed to many modern hotels.
Bathroom light kept turning off, when we checked in there was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guests

gorgeous building, renovated to highlight historic elements. spacious room, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and quality linens.
the bathroom was a joke! looked like a diy job in someone’s basement: economy tile, poorly installed fixtures, a sliding door that didn’t close and was difficult to open from inside the bathroom. stark contrast to the rest of the room.

it was awesome! the staff was so friendly and the are a dog friendly hotel which was a huge plus! no hidden fees for bringing along a furry companion.
nothing. everything was great!
