A NE RESERVER QUE POUR UNE NUIT

Bel hôtel sur le modèle de tous les Hilton Garden Inn. Literie confortable. Bon petit déjeuner servi à partir de 6 heures le matin en semaine.

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits en chambre Deluxe. Pour la 2ème nuit, la chambre n'a pas été faite. Il faut aller demander les serviettes à l'accueil et faire son lit soi-même. On a demandé pourquoi et on nous a répondu que c'était comme ça. 250 € la nuit pour un service absent cela est vraiment cher. Odeur de lit sur les oreillers.

I hate paying a premium for the room and not getting maid service every day. I know you can ask for it, but for the price you charge, it should be standard. Like the good old days.

Disappointing for the high price that we paid to stay there

It was pretty clean

The staff were slow. You have to be seated for breakfast and you have to wait even longer for them to come get your order. The buffet option was very limited and doesn’t have any non pork/vegetarian options. The things that you do order take a long time to prepare

Comfortable room

Disappointed that breakfast was somewhat expensive and larger than we really wanted. We would have much preferred a free buffet as at other hotels where we could get a simple small breakfast and be on our way. As it was we spent a chunk of time each morning looking for what we wanted outside the hote.

Pleasant staff and great comforts for light sleepers!

Checking into this lovely property was seamless and pleasant because of the woman at front desk who has been working there since the hotel opened. The room was spacious, stylish, comfortable and quiet for great rest. The shower was amazing.

Only noticeable flaw was in that k cups provided in the room only had the option of a decaf coffee and a darjeeling tea. I found it odd that no caffeinated coffee k cup was there for travelers.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, the added costs were a bit unexpected.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

The check-in price was $104, and turned out to be $130 with all the added expenses and tax, etc. We weren't expecting added costs to run that high; also seemed a bit much, since we didn't use any of the hotel amenities such as the pool, fitness center, or business office. But the room itself was nice, and so that makes up for it.

Impeccable staff, especially the gentlemen who checked us in. We were tired but candor and courtesy woke me up and I'm ever so glad.
