Decent breakfast. Appears the first floor has been remodeled before re-opening.

Location

My room tv was not connected or working. I hooked it up the HDMI was not connected to anything. The first bed in the room the sheets had stains in the top cover. The floor had bad tears in it. The room also had a bad smell as soon as I entered so I spray cologne to cover that up. Wall paper is peeling off the walls all over. The shower hadn’t been used in a while and daddy long leg had a nice web and living comfortable.

A mess and highway robbery at its finest.

It was central to everywhere we needed. Seconds from I-90 which was perfect.

Paid for early check in with a suite. Showed up, dealt with rude staff. Denied early check in. Check in for normal was 3:00 PM but we did not get into our room until after 5 o’clock almost 5:30 PM and even then they did not have a suite ready for us so we got downgraded and hardly compensated for the difference. Two nights stay and we got returned $30 is all, it was a huge mess. We waited over six hours for a room after showing up. The room we ended up with didn’t even have a coffee maker and the closet Doors were falling off and there was only a pipe rod in the closet no shelf or anything. No iron and no coffee pot. Fridge, microwave, and tv was what was included. Expected to get the nicer suite that I paid for.

Good place that was recently remodeled and was in superb condition

The motel is newly remodeled. New paint new carpet new amenities in the rooms. That part was awesome.

Breakfast was average to low below average. Waffles, toast, limited, fruit, milk, etc..

Wait Until The Remodel to Stay, I Think.

The room was clean.

The hotel staff were aloof and slightly disrespectful (especially the night check in woman.) The hotel didn't bother to furnish my hotel room with a toilet paper holder or toilet paper. The "free hot breakfast" was two dispensers for cereal without any milk, a few packets of oatmeal, very little bread or what have you, a waffle maker that was burnt and no syrup, no coffee, no tea, and no staff present to refill anything. The advertised pool was closed. The hotel was Extremely confusing on direction inside as it's split in half with no explanation. There are a Ton of empty places in the hotel, rooms and walkways, that are bare and look abandoned.

I would most likely never stay at a quality inn again because of this experience.

Location.

The staff was very unprofessional not helpful at all. They hardly spoke or understood the English language. They acted like we were thieves when we requested clean towels. That was after we had been there for 3 days.

I asked for early check in when made reservation....We drove 29 hours from CT. When arriving (yes, mid morning...so early) no early check in available. We came back 1;30 hour later and tried again...for an extra $35 they could do it., room would be ready in 30 min. I waited in lobby and after 30 min went to front desk and room was ready I paid the $35 cash and received the "keys"...4 or 5 little envelop were ready. the lady picked one of them to give it to us which showed me that rooms were ready earlier. Also, I was sitting in lobby but she never called me to let me know it was ready...I had to go ask again....It is very poor service on their part for a small $35 extra ...Seriously?? does $35 really worth a bad review from a guest??? I am in the hospitality industry and that just did not worth it at all. Nothing to gain 9except $35) with such attitude.

Nothing.

Just really dirty and rundown. No elevator makes it hard bringing luggage and a cooler to the room. Hair was in the shower and bed when we arrived. Just gross overall.

nothing good to report about this establishment thé business should be condemned by health authorities

-sword fish infestation in carpet -front lobby closed randomly -seat bowl not matching seat -care taker totally under the influence of drugs -coming and going of females visitors -both taps dripping -mattress does the banana inwards -hand towel stained -towels could be used for garage rags -stains in bed sheets -food stains and debris in different location -and on and on
