You get what you pay for…but great location though!

LOCATION! you are literally 10 minutes to a beach, and across from Heavenly village, where you can find restaurants, a movie theater and many more. If your plan is to spend the majority of your time outside exploring, this would do.

We couldn’t access the WiFi at all and air conditioner didn’t work (there was a fan though) but in summer that little fan isn’t enough for the whole room.

good value for money great location 5 min walk to the gondola 2 min walk to the closest shop to rent skis super close to restaurants and shopping

Pass. Shame on Booking.com obfuscating this motel.

Personable management but obviously overwhelmed. Fridge and microwave. Lots of ice.

No A/C, ants everywhere, open windows-lack of security. It cools at night but not in the room. Over priced. Charged extra for house cleaning. Shabby condition. Thin towels. Bathroom in poor repair. Cleanliness borderline. Tiny little packets of shampoo.

Fine for a night, but not much more than that

Very convenient location

Quirky property. It was like a DIY person with no construction did the remodel. Lights not centered, steps of different sizes, and other weird quirks

we got what we paid for.

location was great, free parking was great, room size was good.

the hot water in the shower took forever to heat up , i showered in cold water then it hot hot. the rooms need modern updates, not enough plug ins to charge your cell phones, tablets, etc. bathroom door would not close all the way. it was a very old room. smelled old also.

If you are on a budget this is the place to be.

The property is very close to Heavenly Gondola it’s walking distance. There was enough parking. No pool available. There used to be one prior to COVID. You can see a random area filled with cement or dirt where the pool used to be. The pictures are nice above but in person the building is old and so is the inside. The only good thing is that it is walking distance to the beach and Heavenly.

If you are looking for luxury you will not find it here. This is what the title says Budget. No AC. A fan on the wall with your window open to circulate your air is what you get. There are outlets to charge your phone but it is not where you would expect it to be. I had to charge my phone by the door or in the bathroom area by the sink. No outlets near the bed. The WiFi is not that strong. The lady at the front desk refused to give us 2 extra towels and questioned my friend why we needed 2 more when we have 4 in the room that includes two large and 2 medium. My friend only walked away with 1 towel. She did upgrade our room to a twin. That was nice. Because when I booked the room initially none were available. Would I stay here again. No. I stayed here because it was the only place that was vacant.

replacing the old towels, sheets, and pillows would help a lot.

Comfortable and convenient stay near Heavenly Gondola.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just across the street from the Heavenly Gondola and village. The rooms were large and seemed to have been updated with new tasteful, furnishings. The place is not fancy - basically a motel, but offers all the necessary facilities including a refrigerator and microwave. Lots of places to shop and eat within a short walk.

Hot tub was not open - it would be nice after a day of skiing

Do not choose Affordable luxury, no such thing.

Basic facilities

Bed was hard. Pillows were completely flat And they would not provide others or additional. No coffee. Fridge froze everything we had.

We had a lovely room with spa and fireplace. Huge shower and great comfy bed. Location was awesome.
