Location to the event I was there for
Run down, limited dining options, table limits

The escape room was fantastic. The pool was great.
Staff. I’ve never met so many rude people in my life. The receptionist was incompetent. She checked me in, then forgot I had purchased two rooms which were to be connected. They forgot. Then they couldn’t get our rooms close. The place is outdated and old. It feels like an old folks home with disrepairs everywhere. The tables are 6/5 no 3/2 here! My daughters bed wasn’t even made. They literally had the bed cover on it and when you pulled the cover back there were no sheets. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Lights falling down. Dealers are incredibly rude.

The rooms were big and thanks to the staff we had a great view from our room. It was clean and good for the price.
No microwave. (We had a 1 year old so it was a problem for us.)

Location to restaurants and casinos
Person working reception entering pool was very rude asked me multiple times if I had food in my bag which I proved I didn’t

Easy access and close to everything,
Casino sucked. Nobody playing table games that had a $25 minimum bet. Come on people just want to have some fun. Nor need a thousand dollar buy in. And forget about the machines.

Cigarette smell, but expected since it’s a casino.

Nice facility
Staff was RUDE! The front desk was horrid, and any issue we had was met with hostility.

The AC was broken so it was miserable hot. Had to pay for parking for an 1.5 hours. Took me 10 minutes to get out of parking. I will not stay here again

The location was terrific. The small coffee shop was good and plenty of parking in the parking garage.
I never like hotels/resorts that charge a "resort fee." There is never an option to pay or not, so why isn't it just part of the room rate? I'm not sure what the resort fee paid for - the over chlorinated indoor pool? Not the parking, because that cost $15/day. Lastly, though the bed was comfortable, the sheets were horrible.

Overall, Ballys was a great place to stay and had a great assortment of activities for all ages. The rooms were clean and met expectations from the images. Staff were nice and addressed concerns in a timely manner.
There were quite a few hidden fees and I wished that these were just charged initially when I rented the room rather than during checkout. I have not checked out of my room yet, but housekeeping had already started to clean my room. They did a really great job cleaning it but I wished they would’ve come a little later.
I also wish there was a greater variety of places to eat since it was either a $$$$ steakhouse or a relatively neutral cafe.

I enjoyed the meal my boyfriend and I had at the cafe
I was told I would be able to get a room with a bathtub and no extra charge, and my room did not have it. I was led to believe if I spent 201 dollars on food and drinks at the show I went to watch the $20 parking charge would be waived. It was only waived after complaining to the poor lady checking me out. This experience was not good and the cost was too high

I’ve been going to Mount Bleu Bally’s for years always have been a great experience but unfortunately this new policy of charging for parking is terrible! The parking has been always free, I don’t mind to pay for parking if there is a 24 hrs security or an amenities included and literally you don’t have other option especially on winter, there’s no parking anywhere else. Just a terrible idea from a manager or a director trying to increase their profit. hopefully it will backfire, I will definitely recommend to stay at Harrah’s or Harvey’s which offer the same quality but don’t try to extort their guests!

Casino closed at 2:00 AM, none of the restaurant/ fast food was open after 11:00 pm. Room needs maintenance, from windows came cold air, heating system was not working.
