Good for a one night stay near the airport.

It's a hotel near the airport. We were there for one night before continuing back home. It was nothing extraordinary but it didn't need to be.

THERE WAS NO STAY

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE WITHOUT ISSUE, BUT THIS TIME THERE WAS NO EFFORT TO BE HONEST ABOJUT THE HOTEL AT ALL, THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON,ROOMS WERE NOT ADJOINING AS I HAD REQUESTED BECAUSE MY GRANNDDAUGHTER WAS WITH US, ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN SATISFACTORY, AND THERE WAS NOT EFFORT TO INFORM US OF THIS BEFORE WE WERE TO ARRIVE, AND THEY WANTED TOP LEVEL RATES, AND WE WERE KICKED OUT ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER CHECK IN. FORTUNATELY, WE LOCATED A BETTER HOTEL AT CHEAPER RATES RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER.

It served our purpose, it was convenient to shopping areas. Breakfast was good.

Hard to get to the first time as it's situated on the opposite side of highway and when you come off the interstate, it's easy to miss the lane taking you there.

Smell in room was awful- whether cleaning solution smell or air freshener- it made me nauseous. Couch in room looked old and used-was creepy. For price I would expect everything to look newer and refreshed. Instead I got worn dark and used.

Exceptional

The gentleman working the front desk worked 7am - 11pm every day of our trip and he was kind, professional, personable and made sure we had what we needed when we came to him for random things. Our first night I came down and bought a cup of noodles from the little store by the desk and when I realized I didn't have any eating utensils I went back down with hopes that he could point me in the direction of an open store (it was after 10pm) and he happily went in the back and got me a fork instead of sending me out. We were a large group of 9 and while we weren't loud or distributive we can be a lot when we are all in a group together talking to you and he engaged us every time, not importantly I have a special needs sister who took a liking to him and he was ALWAYS very kind and engaging with her. The website gave a clear warning that they were doing construction well before I booked, I was fine with that and we knew we'd be gone all day each day anyways, on and all 4 days I heard absolutely nothing from the work happening on the floor right above mine so we either always missed it or they kept their promise to be as undisruptive as possible.

I had to come home :(

Tell your bank to watch out

Excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Staff was rude. Didn't feel like we could relax. The rules and restrictions are outrageous. They charge an extra 150.00 deposit. I was also charged twice for my room. Was told that they always put a hold in case of cancelation. Had to wait three days to get it removed. Felt like we were some kind of criminals. Will NOT be going back

The close proximity to the airport was nice and having a complimentary breakfast is always a plus. The front desk staff when checking in and out were both very nice and courteous.

We had to change rooms because the first room we were given smelled like mildew and wet carpet (the entire 3rd floor).Once I advised the front desk of our disappointment with our room, she immediately gave us another room (2nd floor..completely opposite)without question... which led me to believe this happens often and is now common practice for them. This goes back to that old saying.. "you get what you pay for"! My suggestion would be spend a little more to stay in a better hotel.. we definitely will!

Spectacular and felt safe.

The property seem very clean and well maintained. My room had its own microwave/ mini refrigerator/ coffee maker. Loved all of this in my room during my work trip. The breakfast provided is fresh and good. The breakfast area is very well cleaned. All personnel in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Only fact the wending machine at times would not dispense the drinks. But this is not the Hotel property. It's the venders responsibility.
