Already Planning Our Next Stay…

We enjoyed everything about this property! Check-in was fast. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Even though it was our first stay here, it felt as if it was a regular spot for us. We were even upgraded from King Studio to King Suite! Parking was free on site, and not like other places we’ve stayed where on the weekend space becomes limited. There was always a great spot near the entrance. Wi-Fi is free with great coverage throughout the hotel and even reaching as far as the parking lot. Breakfast was included and I must say, it tasted great! Fruits, yogurt, muffins, bagels, biscuits , eggs, sausage, chicken patties, grits, waffles, juices, flavored water, teas, coffee and even a variety of cappuccinos! Aside from breakfast, there are fresh cookies daily right next to the front desk. Location is great. A short walk away, just outside the entrance to the property are restaurants like Greenpapaya, Rockin Crab, Ted’s Montana Grill, Chipotle and a few others! Also within walking distance is shopping. Overall it was a great stay in a tucked away location but access to a lot.

We will not be returning, so there’s that.

The location near the interstate as well as personally near family was great. Also I did like that there was a hard floor surface versus carpet.

I booked this hotel with the thought that we would have access to a pool, gym for exercise and breakfast, to eliminate expenses, and to be able to spend some of our time at the hotel. The staff were not welcoming at all, and it seemed like we were interrupting them. I do think the room had been renovated, but the showerhead was detached from the wall, there was leaking in the bathtub and there was an overall musty smell. There was a leak from the ceiling sprinklers outside of the gym and using the word gym is a very loose interpretation since there was very limited equipment in there. The cookies in the lobby were never available, I do know they existed since we would see the crumbs, but I guess the staff did not want to keep making them throughout the day as advertised. Admittedly, we never went to the kitchen area for breakfast, because we were so disgusted about everything else. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The staff was extremely kind upon arrival and was good throughout the whole stay, the rooms could have been cleaner but

It seemed to be freshly painted, and the parking lot was clean as well.

I saw that in the corners of the room it was dirty, and their were stains on the chair in my room as well as my family members room.

Trip was exceptional but we may have to relocate to another Country Inn & Suites

Very clean and the staff is exceptional!!, All 3 ladies that I met was exceptional!! The black lady in the morning , she assisted me with my request for the linen and the white lady with the long, brunette hair with glasses along with the night, female person, All were very professional and showed courtesy!! Again, very clean through the facility itself, libby and room! Awesome breakfast!!

Our bed was missing the stripe spread or throw as shown in the ad on the website

Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly!

The room we stayed in (118) really needs some electrical outlets on the wall behind/beside the beds for charging electronics conveniently.

The reviews were better than the reality. This was my first, and last, stay at a Country Inn &Suite.

Location was convenient. However, it’s right off the interstate so road noise was an issue.

Great place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful (shout out to Tiki, Tashiana, and the ladies who served breakfast). The hotel is well kept. Loved the delicious cookies at the receptionist.

The area around the hotel doesn’t feel safe. The carpet in the room needs updating.

A Great Overnight Stay

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. We needed a microwave to heat up the dinner we brought with us, and we were pleased to find one in the room. The breakfast offered in the morning was outstanding and included everything we enjoy to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Woman was having sex screaming out and banging on the headboard for hours. We had our son with us. Staff refused to address this with the person. Man at front desk said “there’s nothing we can do about that”. Funny, because other hotels take noise complaints seriously and do.
