STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

I was charged a pet fee for my service animal despite having paperwork. Staff called me a liar, threatened to call animal control on my dog when she barked one time at a housekeeper who entered my room even though I specifically requested no housekeeping service. Horrific experience. Had to leave a night early.

First room assigned had not been cleaned. The room we moved to had a water leak that was soaking the carpet in some areas.

The location was perfect for us.

Booking.com asked us to pay an additional $40 for breakfast. We paid for it. When I asked the front desk about it they said there was no specific breakfast that anyone should have to pay extra and that the breakfast is included for all guests. We got ripped off $40. So don't select that option upon booking.

Very Pleasant Hotel and stay.

The hotel and rooms were Super clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful and super close to the Fiddler Green Amp. We had a problem with the safe and within minutes after calling the front desk someone was there to fix it. But all in all I give this hotel a 10 and will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was really good. Thank you all for your dedication to your hotel.

The only thing we had wrong wit our room was, in the middle of the night the cool air stopped working and with my hot flashes it was rough trying to sleep , but the fan worked. It isn’t the hotel’s fault these things happen. We definitely will be back.

Overall, it was good except for the a/c going out

It was very close to our venue we attended.

The air conditioning went out our last day there. It was so hot in our room. Very unpleasant.

Would stay again for the value

Value for the price. Large, clean rooms. Especially appreciated was the night light on the hair dryer in the bathroom. A small thing, but hotels much more expensive don't have this. If you are looking for a luxurious place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a clean place, well located and well priced, this fits the bill. And the yummy evening cookies taste like they came from a bakery.

Mildew smell everywhere, the ceiling vent leaked and there was water all over the floor, the AC barely worked, the pillows on the bed were the size of couch throw pillows. Terrible. Staff was great, room was abysmal

The room was ok little small but was ok they gave us a small roller bed which helped us out breakfast was decent

The hotel had a weird smell, pool was dirty my kids were sad they didn't get swim ice machines were broken you had go down to lobby to get ice from staff laundry room was outta order

Very quiet and clean. It is in a great location.

In July, it was hotter than fire outside. I did not like the swamp cooler. It was humid in the room, not cool enough. Swamp coolers don't work well when it is cloudy/stormy in Colorado (had one). We lived in Colo for 35 years. We switched to AC. We met up with another traveler who commented about how it was not cool in his room either. Also, the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor (our room was 213). I love my ice water. Again, July. We had to have someone in the lobby unlock the pantry to get ice.

The staff was really wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast isn't the best. Also the hot tub was out of order.
