Very good

Location was wonderful. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was uncomfortable. Restaurant menu has no selection for average person who likes good old fashioned American food. Price of room is higher than I'd like.

beautiful and comfy but NOT enough towels

beautiful and fairly clean property

I booked our room for 4 people but there was only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel when we arrived. We called the front desk to ask for more towels and they said they would bring them right up. An hour later we called again and received the same response but the person seemed annoyed. We NEVER received towels. I was grateful the room had bathrobes so we at least had something to dry off with

Loved our stay!

We paid for breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel. It was amazing!

Cute place for couples. In the middle of most restaurants and museums.

walking dance to lots of restaurants. You don’t need your car which is great since parking is a big issue.

Rooms extremely small.

My wife and I normally stay here whenever we visit Charlotte. Just disappointed this time.

Good value but won't be staying again due to the lack of privacy from noise in the bathroom nextdoor

Great location in downtown Charlotte... good value for the location.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned well and there was a vent above the shower that connected to the adjacent room where you could hear everything going on in the adjacent bathroom (people going to the toilet, spitting in the sink, etc).

it was ok but I prefer a more modern hotel with a king bed-My husband and I were not used to sleeping in a queen bed

Very good

Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect, right uptown. Rooms were nice.

One of the two rooms I booked was for three guests (queen bed + sofa). We had to make the sofa bed (not sure this is standard practice in a boutique hotel). The heating systems in both rooms was loud and did not allow us to sleep well, we should have turned it off but it would have been too cold.

We didn't have breakfast but loved the central location and accommodations at the hotel

Hot rooms, loud, too expensive for the quality of the room. We paid almost $400 for one night and got no sleep

Comfortable bed and linens

Dirty carpet in lobby- needed to be vacuumed Saturday morning and wasn’t. Still dirty Saturday evening; tired furniture. Hoped it would be old world elegance. Wanted to buy Queen Charlotte pillow but was told I couldn’t
