Beds were comfortable

No hot water to shower, looked like cigarette burns on pillow cases, sticky stuff all over the remote control to the tv, mini golf right outside my bathroom, it was very loud

Cute motel for a cost effective stay on the Cape

The location was excellent, we were working a festival in the area and needed one night's stay. It was convenient to the area, and the price was very reasonable. The room was clean and airconditioned, and the beds were pretty comfortable.

There was some damage in the bathroom tub surround that I reported to the front desk after we checked in, but that wasn't a functional issue for us. There was a little bit of what I can only call "renovation debris", but the rooms had new flooring and seemed recently re-done, so it also wasn't a big problem.

An excellent, centrally located place to stay

Clean, spacious room with mini fridge and microwave, hair dryer, which were lovely additions. The central location was excellent and the staff was exceptional! They really made the experience with their kind, generous hospitality

No hooks to hang wet towels, bathing suits, etc.

The location was great! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was right for 2 nights.

The hot water was very slow to heat up. For a summer getaway it was a bummer the pool only stays open until 7pm. At least stay open until the sun goes down.

Superb

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful! A nice place to rest and relax after a long day's work. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always a smiling face to greet you!

Inexpensive - good location - good for a weekend stay

I liked that they put our rooms next to each other and that we were on the end which gave us more privacy. The rooms we were in had plenty of space, it was a double queen room deluxe I believe. The staff were super friendly. It was a pleasant stay for a weekend visit.

I was not impressed with the stained mattress cover on my bed and the stained sheet on the other bed. I felt like the room could have been a bit more modernized, but you also get what you pay for. The only other thing I did not like was that there were no do not disturb hangtags for the doors.

The staff was very warm and friendly, and we got what we paid for.

Cheap construction that wasn’t maintained. It was cold at night, and the heat that came from the wall unit, which was loud, dissipated as soon as the heater went off. We needed more blankets. The only lights were in the ceiling and they were way too bright. dimmer outdoor lighting would have been prepared.

Again it was very comfortable

No Breakfast provided. Stay was excellent. Room was comfortable and motel was at a convenient location.

Room needed a Larger coffee pot. We went and purchased a coffee pot so that we didn't have to travel to get coffee.

I drove on to my destination rather than stay there the night.

The room was best described as grubby. The only light in the place was a single overhead ceiling light. Furniture looked like it had been purchased at goodwill.

Bad

Broken toilet, spider webs in corner above the bed, way too bright lights outside the room, not enough towels, shampoo etc. We won't be coming back to this motel.

overall experience was really nice

the grounds were very clean , the family that runs the hotel were the staff , they were great ...the rooms were comfy , will come back next year :)

just a few touch ups maintanance wise in the bathrooms would help

Pleasant

The staff was nice and the curb appeal was good.

We expected a "motel" experience and new the rate was high because it was labor day weekend. Having said that the dead bolt on the entry door was broken off - splintered wood still showing. Someone had obviously broken into the room previous to our stay however it was not repaired. They also have a telephone on a table between the beds that is not attached to anything. I don't care about a phone in the room but why have it there? The bath towels were very old and small and we had to ask for more than two towels every day.

Location is nice. Front desk staff is amazing,very friendly and above and beyond helpful.

Small room with no view.. There are chairs and small table outside so you sit just in front of your parked car. But all is expected considering this is motel. It's ok if you are paying small price for your room.

Enjoyable place to stay

Comfortable room. The pool was very nice and it was kept clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit on. Bed was very firm but comfortable. AC unit worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was peaceful the few days I was there. And the location was convenient, near many restaurants and several beaches. I'd definitely stay there again.

No microwave. I think every room needs one in addition to the small fridge provided.. And it would be better to have ductless AC instead of window units. The cold air blew directly on you and it blocked out a window. And ductless units are very quiet, window units aren't.

Not again, rude....

No breakfast served. However they Charged a $20 fee for three people in our room. The reservation clearly stated !! 4 adults for the price we paid. We showed them the Paper Reservation and the clerk said No....You have pay more money!!! Wont stay there anymore😓
