Extremely loud air conditioner and I didn’t like a room we were stuck in a corner with one window with no view but an alley

Decent Hotel.

I liked the back courtyard area with all the little bunnies.

I didn't like how far down the road it was from everything, yes I knew that's the type of hotel I had booked but this was the only hotel letting you book one night at the time I was looking. The inside of the microwave was rusty and stained with food, I don't know why they don't just throw it out. Overall yes it was in July when I went but I paid almost $400 for one night here and I just didn't think it was worth it. Hampton Beach hotels are way to over priced. I will say this, based on all the other reviews I expected to be sleeping in a dirty pit of a room but honestly it wasn't as bad as everyone had said it was.

The staff are wonderful and so kind but the rooms need work.

The tub was cracked so they used mounds of sealant to cover it. It looked disgusting, my children refused to shower in there.

Clean, nice smelling, friendly, enjoyed the easy 10 min walk to beach. BAD PARKING.

Room was super clean, smelled great and the staff were nice. I wasn't expecting much from this place and was only looking for a cheap place to sleep. Totally go here again and highly recommend it.

Parking at any of these hotels in the area is major pain and super inconvenient. If you come with 2 vehicles you are in for quite the headache, I am not exaggerating one bit.

We partied hard and this was a great landing spot, would stay again.

The room was nicer than it looked from photos on the website. Loved the option for early/late checkout, and it was a hassle-free process. Overall it was a great stay, facilities were clean, and I'd definitely book here again!

The refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived, and we didn't realize it until the next morning, which was a bummer because all of our drinks were hot. The only real downside was that the lighting was terrible (we were staying here for a Bachelorette party, which included 4 girls getting ready) and we had a hard time seeing ourselves and had to go out and buy other mirrors, so we could use them directly next to the bedside light.

Although there were a couple glitches, I did enjoy my stay at the beach.

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet. Close to the beach and restaurants. Bathroom and Room was clean upon arrival.

The room was clean when I arrived, but had a terrible smell. I had to buy air fresheners to get rid of it. I was there for 6 nights, noone came to clean or leave fresh towels. Pool deck is much smaller than the pictures show. The gentleman at the checkin desk was not very friendly.

Location and price were good for last minute booking. Its hampton beach so if you're expecting Disneyland you will be sorely disappointed

It's at the wrong end of the strip and you'll see some low rent activity going on. That's fine for my stay as we are both late 20s males probably not ideal for families or women without Male friends or partners staying with them. Also you only get one parking spot and some idiot parked in my motorcycle because I hadn't pulled it up as my friend could fit his car in the spot the way I had my bike tucked in. Cant fix stupid and stupid is what you will see here in spades. Pool was also black as night and they probably are going to try and treat the water instead of pumping it out and refilling it...
