Not pleasant at all

The location wasn’t bad.

The room wasn’t clean and smelled bad. The bathroom was so disgusting. Towels and blankets were dirty. I also saw a big bug on the curtain.

bed was comfy room staff did give us a first floor room after we requested disabled room to ensure first floor (no elevator) Staff helped moved luggage from hallway outside one room to another- helped with setting up TV and said he would address cleaning staff about something not cleaned on the bathroom light switch

alot of remodeling going on in the entrance area - should be remodeling rooms first, put us in a room that was not cleaned at all ( did switch us to a room that was cleaned ( some what- there was mustard smeared on the light switch plate - I wiped off but stained and also part of the bathroom door frame was missing ) down a hall with maybe one other party and that was it no other persons on that hall there was no breakfast to speak of

The hotel is in remodeling phase apparently. There are boxes and buckets everywhere. The staff are nice but seem intimid

The double charges on my card, and when brought to the staff attention, they having to call the property management and them yelling at staff on phone. When I speak directly to the management, she was rude and dismissive. When I finally said I’m disputing the charges they claimed they fixed it and then charged me again at check out . And I still haven’t received my money back yet.

It worked for what we needed last minute but would not recommend

Not much. The hotel was under construction which is fine but they should not be renting the rooms when they are clearly not ready. Also they shouldn’t allow the junkies to roam the parking lot late at night as it makes the patrons a little uneasy. The owners should take a little more pride in their establishment and make it ready and comfortable then maybe they would get better ratings.

*The room wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty and had food crumbs on it. The chair in the room had a used plastic spoon and crumbs laying on it. Which at a normal hotel would have been cleaned when the maids cleaned the room from the previous occupant.*The bedspread on one of the full beds not queen beds as advertised was stained. All of the lamps, tv and microwave was unplugged when we went in. We had to go around and plug everything in to have light.*The tv didn’t work. We had to say something at the front desk and have maintenance come and plug the cable in which was fine but don’t let people reserve a room if it isn’t ready.*The bathroom door was falling off the frame since it didn’t have the correct screws in it. We had to lift the door up to shut it enough to have privacy to go to the restroom.*The guys had to hold the toilet seat open to be able to use it since the back of the toilet sits too far back under the counter to lean the seat against the back of the toilet like a male would normally do.*There was half a roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder and none left as extra. Again not something that happens if the room is cleaned properly.*The bathroom floor was dirty had not been swept or mopped before the room was rented to us. Again this is something that is done by the maids when the room is vacated by the previous occupant and BEFORE occupied by the next person.*I was asked to pay a 100 dollar deposit after I checked in that was not previously mentioned.*When a deposit is required to get the room it is usually mentioned in the terms when reserving a room. I opted out of having this 100 dollars applied to my credit card since I read in the hotel reviews that people were not getting it credited back. I did get my 100 back but beware.*a man digging thru trash and casing the lot late at night and last a woman smoking a crack pipe below our window while we watched.

I would never return

The location was perfect.

Staff was very rude. Didn't explain how much she was charging my card until after she ran it. Instead of fixing the situation she was very argumentative. already was a red flag because the couple that checked in before me asked for a refund because they weren't comfortable. They did have one staff member that was understandable and Kudos to her❤️

It was terriBLE. Never come here!

Nothing was good. It was nasty and dirty. I slept on top of clothes and didn't use the pillows.

It was so dirty. It was very sketchy. Beer cans all over the hallways. Boxes everywhere.

Pretty disappointed especially no breakfast

Room was relatively clean

David included breakfast but it did not. Hotel was under construction and was very messy. Beds were supposed to be 2 queens but was two full size. Bathroom and shower were in pretty bad shape, just warm water not hot in shower and hot cold were reversed on bathroom sink.

Disappointing

From the highway it looked updated. When we pulled into the parking lot it looked outdated. Enter the lobby and it was straight into the 80's. I picked the hotel and was embarrassed that I was bringing my friends there. For $140.00/night, I expected it to be up to date.

Take this hotel off your listings!!!!

When we arrived there were no cars in parking lot only 3 pickups with shady looking guys standing by the back of one. There was no one at the reception desk. Pool was empty as was refrigerator for breakfast food. A lady who spoke limited English appeared and finally got me to understand to wait 5 minutes, The back parking lot had weeds growing through the cement. I had reserved a handicapped room. They don't have handicapped rooms which was necessary due to an injury. It appeared that only 1/4 of hotel was habitable. I got the creeps and said I couldn't stay. They told me to contact you and then them and they would verify that the didn't have what I had booked and didn't stay.

Priced right, easy freeway access, clean room

Front desk staff--no one at the front desk to greet us. Even tho we had reservations and checked in before 9 pm, we had to wait for staff to come from upstairs to check us in. Then the next morning, I think we woke him up when we attempted to get coffee at 6:15, even tho we were told breakfast was from 6-9. And again when we checked out, I had to call on the phone to get someone to the counter to check us out and get a receipt. It just felt unstaffed. Also, the website said it had a pool, but the pool had no water in it.

Value for the price was poor. No fridge , no microwave.hiwt beat down over all and in the midst of repairs and frankly the price should be half of what it is .the main light wasn't working either

Property failed to prive a private room but refused to refund me, so I am never staying here again.

Due to the serious safety issue with my room, this section is irrelevant. See rest of review for details and pictures. I am just filling this in to meet the length requirement...

Room door was broken and permanently unlocked (see photo). The deadbolt is non-locking (see photo), so it was literally impossible to prevent someone from opening the door from the outside even when I was in the room. Anyone could have entered my room at any time. This property failed to provide a safe or private room. I notified them as soon as I realized but they refused a refund. They took my money but did not provide the promised service. Obviously I am never staying at this property again.

It was ok but still can use that discount

I didn't have a TV for 2 day's of my stay and they didn't offer me any compensation for that. Even another room when requested the last day they finally fixed the problem. I asked for a discount and they said it was too late 😢

I would use this hotel again due to the proximity to relatives and food.

it was conveniently located for our purposes. (6 blocks). Price was decent. Room was comfortable.

Free breakfast was negligible. No microwave in room. No elevator. Not always able to get clean towels. Had to catch the maid in the hall to get supplies-towels, coffee, cups, etc. Sometimes had to wait in hotel room-only one maid on duty for entire hotel, although it wasn’t very busy.

I didn't have a working tv for 2 out of 3 days and asked for a discount and they refused that and finally the 3rd night they came with a different cable box
