Poor

They said I can’t have a breakfast there

When I did my reservation it said I can get a breakfast there but that was a lied and my neighbor was smoking mariguana all the night

Would never choose this place again…EVER!

Location and the Day time attendant Destiny

I did. ot like the night time attendant Crystal, nasty attitude, need not to be in that position of customer service. The rooms aren’t worthy of $88.98 a night. The beds are bunk bed mattresses and all you feel are the springs. Peeling toilet seats with black stains, rusted hangers and luggage racks and over all not worth $88.98. I wouldn’t pay half. I hate I went off the reviews instead of my gut feeling about the overall Americas Best brand! Never had a good experience in the past and shouldn’t have trusted a 4.1 on google…really? Maybe . 1.1 if you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head! definitely not a place to enjoy your vacation! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nothing it was terrible.

The room was disgusting and hadn’t be cleaned in a very very long time. There was trash left in the fridge and on the floor. The walls had dirty arm and hand prints on them and so did the mirrors. The linens were dirty and one bed they were on inside out. There were blood stains on the pull down curtain and some type of fluid all over the lamp shade. I called the office staff up to look at it and was told they hadn’t seen the room in a month and don’t know when it has been cleaned. I left and got a full refund because it looked NOTHING like it was shown online. Worst experience booking a hotel I have ever had. The only good thing was the property owner didn’t fight giving me a full refund and was polite and professional when I had the staff call about me wanting a refund. It was the first time I have had to leave a room or ask for a refund.

The staff & ac were outstanding, but because of the smell, comfort & price we wouldn't recommend.

The sheets smelled like fresh laundry... Excellent Staff... and the Air Conditioner got really cold!

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it still smelled like "after smoke." Enough of a smell that the next morning my asthma was worked up. The beds were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. You could hear through the walls as if they were paper thin. And it was extremely outdated.

They barley offered any nice toiletries, absolutely no breakfast, where other hotels cheaper than them are at least offering cereal, fruit,yogurt! Now even your own waffle maker mix!!!!! They didnt even have decent cups to make a cup of coffee. The pillows were absolutely flat and so incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not worth over $70 a night. I believe we should've gotten two nights for that price especially to what they offer as a hotel.

Probably would try someplace different if we went that way again.

The king size bed was new and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and near the room. Lovely, very large refrigerator. Also included: hair dryer, iron & board, coffee maker.

Building was very old. Room only moderately clean & smelled of stale smoke. Desk chair was missing most of its fabric. Also, booking confirmation stated toaster in room and breakfast included in price--that was a nope.

Carpeting was dirty. When taking a shower you could see the dirt coming off the soles of your feet!
