Best price when you need a place to stay while looking for a rental in the area.

Having a kitchenette and full fridge in my room was awesome just wish it had the stove too.

Housekeeping doesn't respond when you talk to them just stand there looking at you even though you know they understand what you are saying.

I enjoyed the nice rooms and location is great close to food

The rooms were wonderful and staff great

There were people living there loud with music hanging out outside being loud drinking lasted from 9 pm till 5 am second night it lasted until 12 am too much noise

Thus should be a 40.00 a night room and that should include taxes and fees.

Lady at front desk was kind, accommodating, and professional. That is all.

It didn't have a pool to swim in. No breakfast since covid. Room was musty and bathroom was dark, dank, and not cleaned properly.

Very pleasant weekend clean and comfy.

This was our 2nd trip staying . Staff had resenly changed management before our first trip. Our 2nd was as enjoyable as the first time Staff was very friendly and our room was large. There was a storm warning and the desk clerk made sure we knew about it and informative. We we're right downtown Cookeville overall our weekend experience was very pleasant we will return again

I have stayed at this location several times but found the room not at the level previously. There was an odor in the room. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy when moving about. I feel like the quality of the stay was lower than in times past.

Comfortable beds.

The fact that a 40 dollar cash only deposit was required and had to wait for a room inspection before getting the 40 back. Small bathroom with slick flooring.

It was ok but not the best, clean needs to be their main focus.

Cleaner rooms, call an exterminator to get rid of roaches, do some painting and professionally clean the carpets.

Clean inexpensive inconvenient

Room was clean. Hotel is older. Ice machine worked. Lobby restroom out of order. Staff was nice and friendly thou.

There room deposit is cash only. Only 1 person on staff so they must walk to your room to inspect for deposit return. So check out took about 30m to complete.

High value hotel at a fairly low price and at a great location.

Large rooms, ours had plenty of electrical outlets. Room had an alarm clock and a wake-up call is also available. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are nearby, some within short walking distance.

Didn't find anything negative to mention.

Front desk employee was very kind and answered all questions. Located in a convenient area and well lit. The bed was comfortable after a long drive.

We found dead bugs in one of the towels. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars and oatmeal. The juice machine was broken and poured water out of the side of the machine. I understand covid has made it hard for places to do their normal continental breakfast options, but we've stayed at several hotels with at least some hot food options.

extrememly disappointed, especially for the money, won't ever go there again

room "key card" did not work, had to call/walk all the way down to the office to get an explanation and re-keyed. Then after we came back from eating it happened again. Lady at desk didn't care, it was freezing out trying to get it to work. Room was dirty, holes in bedsheets, arm to dirty to sit on, etc.
